Unless Callan Rydz pulls himself together or obtains the services of a sports psychologist pronto, all I can see ahead for him is the exit gate on his career. Does he have a management team behind him? If so, they are clearly not doing their job properly.

He's been in the quarter finals of the World Championship and the World Matchplay, but those were two or three years ago. Since then, he seems to have blown a fuse. It's horrible to watch him imploding like this.

I think his troubles run deeper than just being a sour loser. There is something seriously amiss either in his life or psychologically, and he needs to address it ASAP. Watching him has become an ordeal.
