Hey Matt, as someone who has done several youth academy saves this year, I'd say coaches are necessary, but should be limited to 1-2 per position to keep a somewhat realistic rate of growth. Can't wait to see more of this series mate!

Thihk coaches should be allowed as they are a part of player growth in FC 24. Feels like the game is sorta built around them. Regardless, pumped for the new series!
The training plan matt, change it to more energy focused so that players arent as tired
Put a developement plan on them all, to stimulate their growth so when they are ready they will be up in rating
Matt I hope you're good Man... With the youth players when you promote one in check their stats and what position to convert them too... You can get a CAM with RW/CB qualities. The use development. Have a blast
Use training plans, definitely! Use coaches only if you really want to, though. I would like it with both or with only training plans.
Chech their potential in the squad hub mate, and check if you can convert them to a different position, maybe their overall will grow

For the name of the stadium it could be called 'The Lab'
Make sure to change players positions to make the most of their ratings - game always puts CBS at 45 rated but in CM they are close to 60
Matt love the idea of the youth. But use coaches tactics training programs and block offers via the squad hub and transfer list the ones who are older best way than blocking in emails
Convert Kim to a CAM he will definitely start
Do development plans on the youth players matt
Use Development plans to improve players and rotate scouts every 3 months to different countries, so you'd find quality players across the world
Covert Kang to a winger mate. His overall should go up a lot

TRain KIM to be a CM, or CAM, his stats arent that of a defender. hell go up by atleast 8 ratings.

Great idea. Other option is use your club of choice, move them to the bottom tier of English leagues, sell all the stars keep the youth players or anyone under 20. Use the money from sales to get 5* youth scouts and best coaches.
I wish there was a RUclipsr doin this I’d love to watch it.

Btw you had a GK called baron with better potential in the youth and Same rating so worth getting him in the team instead

I always use standard Tactic I found it's the most effective And I do very well Obviously I play on legendary Six minutes as far as coaches go I get a snare to the target set as possible and as far as scouts go if I'm in League Two I always try to get a three star three star if I'm in league 2 I won't go for a five-star scout because that is totally unrealistic in my eyes it's the same as having Kevin de bruyne playing for Salford
