I still can’t get over with this drama.. Hands on the best of chinese drama I’ve ever watch.. The prequel of this drama Eternal Dream with Dong Hua and Feng Jiu is nice as well but can’t really beat the chemistry between Yu Mi and Mark Chao.. I really wish they have a wedding scene for them in the series because the ending of Ten Miles of Peach Blossom is not really satisfying.. if they want to make a wedding scene I want Mark Chao and Yu Mi in it.. I don’t want anyone else playing Ye Hua.. I hope both of them could have another project where they could work together again.. They have the best chemistry ever
I just finished eternal love and found out about eternal love of dream and I'm on episode 8 but I'm still confused...it doesnt exactly seem like a prequel...I have so many questions lol...I'm super confused because she starts off going and being his maid to pay a debt which she already did in eternal love so I just dont understand...I feel like it has to just be treated like a separate series and has nothing to do with the original...plus the female lead in eternal love a dream was my least favorite character in the original...too dingy and flighty and had no real maturity or character development and the writing in the spinoff is subpar I'm struggling to stay interested so your right it does not compare at all to the amazingness of eternal love

Watching this drama has really opened my eyes to Mark Chao and Yang Mi as well as Gao Wei Guang and Dilraba Mularat...two of the best couples ever in my opinion that grace the Asian film industry. These couples have really made me fall in love with this series and its predecessor as well as making me appreciate Chinese Dramas and comedies as well as cinema. Hollywood has lost touch with people who want something like this and instead we're getting remake after remake, MCU which is nothing more that destruction and flexing muscle, stupid crap that doesn't belong in cinema... but when it comes to Asian films and comedies, give me "Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms", "Eternal Love of Dream", "Yin-Yang Master: Dream of Eternity", "Be My Cat", "Miss Cupid In Love" or "Assistant of Superstar" and I am quite happy as these films are really solid and beautifully made and directed. Sorry but if I had to choose between Hollywood and Asian films; Asian films win hands down!
Funny scenes as a family. Poor Ye Hua, again he has to cooked to gave Qian Qian nourishment for taking of their one child witty, cute, adorable A-Li/Riceball. 😀😀😀😀 Passing the tofu soup to Qi Qi to A-Li and Mi Gu ( he's cute too). Ye Hua was so devoted and faithful husband. I know he's making up the time that he has to pretend that he doesn't love Su Su 300 years ago. Mark Chao and Yang Mi have the same semblance... they look alike 😍 I wonder if there was a spark somehow between them during the shooting...they look sweet with each other and as if they understand each other just by looking with each other.... a deep connection indeed.
Bai Qian (Qian Qian) & Ye Hua is my 2nd favorite couple next to Jin Mi & Xufeng/Phoenix in Ashes of Love. Mark Chao & Yang Mi had great chemistry and it shows how talented they are as actors making us believe they were in love. In real life Mark is very dedicated and loyal to his wife, who is 5 years older than him (she's also an actress).
Yang mi was really against that hug and I guess the scene in drama looked better than a hug one. Director really likes yang mi. I liked the lead (yang mi and mark) and skipped all other love stories.
