Thank you a lot sir... Please clarify my below doubts. 1). If the total meter is 200. In that 150 meter comes under nominal point. i.e. 40 points/ sq yard. but another 50 meters more than 40 points/ sq yard. So, whether the entire 200 meter should reject or 50 meters only. 2). In 100 meter roll, 15th meter has big cuttable damage and 20th meter has another big cuttable damage. We can not use 4 meter between 2 cuttable damage. Whether the damages include in 4 point system or that 4 meter should be debited to a supplier.
I understand your feelings. You are unable to identify the different different fibre composition. Only by experience you can gain knowledge. More over go to a fabric store ask them sample swatches of different fibre, such as cotton poly cotton polyester, viscose, modal, acrylic ,lycra etc . just deeply look touch and absorb the feeling. To know the fibres used more than one, then give to lab and get analysed.
0 to 3 inches 1 point 3.1 to 6 inches. 2 points 6.1 to 9 inches. 3 points 9.1 to one yard. Or. :. 4 points 36 inches If the defect continuous give 4 points to every one yard . If the defect continuous for 100 yards it is 100 × 4. = 400 points in one roll it sef Next sample roll is 100 points ,then 50 point, then 20 ,then 30 ,20,30,40,10 ,10 Total defects. = 400+ 100+50+20+30+20+30+40+10+10 = 800÷10 =80 Lot is rejected.

Sir to fabric individual Laboratory is there, if there lab name..
Tnq so much sir😊😊😊👍
Thank you very much.
If a fabric has continues deffect in 1 roll. So it will noted as 4 points ???
Bcz you told more than 9 inches would be 4 points
0 to 3 inches 1 point
3.1 to 6 inches. 2 points
6.1 to 9 inches. 3 points
9.1 to one yard.
Or. :. 4 points
36 inches
If the defect continuous give 4 points to every one yard .
If the defect continuous for 100 yards it is
100 × 4. = 400 points in one roll it sef
Next sample roll is 100 points ,then 50 point,then 20 ,then 30 ,20,30,40,10 ,10
Total defects. =
400+ 100+50+20+30+20+30+40+10+10
= 800÷10 =80
Lot is rejected.

Sir, please watch carefully.
What I told is 10% fabric .
That means if you are producing 1000 kg then you must inspect 100 kgs.
Please post textile related videos...
4 point inspection is about fabric quality inspection system.kindly go through the video,it will be helpful to inspect your finished fabric.
Good 😀😇
