in this household, old man steve is a skrull & real steve is currently chilling in pajamas, retired, eating cereal on the floor of the brooklyn apartment he & bucky share while he laughs at sam & bucky ~complaining~ about a case they're on... and ya'll can't take that headcanon away from me, lol.
ANYWAYS pls i've been working on this since taylor dropped evermore BECAUSE IS THIS SONG NOT SO STEVE ROGERS?!?!! I'M STILL NOT OVER IT, I WILL NEVER BE OVER IT
also, i miss stucky 😭 utterly ridiculous we have practically NO scenes of them together since civil war... like ?! rhodey & happy were allowed to show more affection in endgame than bucky & steve. (true point, i literally found a clip of happy rubbing rhodey's back when i was trying to find an endgame one for this vid) so whatever school of moffat & wizardry the russo bros attended to learn how to separate their two male characters because they panicked after realizing people were shipping them... we don't want it 🙄
like, there's one thing we know for sure: steve rogers, on every single occasion, given every single chance, will ALWAYS choose bucky barnes. every single time. his endgame ending is out of character (& disrespectful as heck to peggy but we're def not going into that here lol) and it simply does ✨ not ✨ exist ✨ here ✨
