    Thank you, your words never fail to calm and comfort me. I realise how much I've been grasping onto what is good about my life right now instead of cherishing it, accepting that it must all change.

    I’m massaging my 14 year old dog’s paws with a smile and love. Trying to put this feeling on the things causing my pain/reactions.

    47:21 rest in the timeless loving awareness that is the source
    Hope I won't solely grasp to these words and somewhat live up to their essence.
    Thank you Tara !

    Hi Tara, thank you very much for your videos. I was raped at a very young age and it was someone whom I trusted that is no longer near, I forgave and turned it over to god. I was believed in Christ but I now believe in Buddha.

    Why do you always wear blue?

    • @sophismpress
      @sophismpress 6 лет назад +6

      Maybe related to 'Blue Buddha,' - Blue represents tranquility, ascension, the infitine, purity, and healing. I'm part of the Triratna Buddhist Community and the order members often wear blue.

    Trigger warning re "Death"

    • @Alphacentauri819
      @Alphacentauri819 2 года назад

      Are you joking? Death is absolutely part of life. If people are triggered by death....that's a sign they need to do something about it, not avoid the topic .
      This culture of trigger warnings is getting ridiculous. It's increasing avoidance, rather than resilience.
      Sure, they could say that a certain subject material will be discussed (death should not be in that group)...but without the "trigger warning".
      There is growing evidence that even saying "trigger warning" increases problems. It's like announcing 'this should upset you, this is to be avoided'
      No. Life happens.
      The reasons many of us are triggered, is far worse than reading/hearing about it. It is our job to heal our triggers, not have others 'warning' is left/right/center.
