This is an amazing recipe, they turned out crispy and moist and flavorful… we don’t eat shellfish so we used canned salmon. Fresh would’ve been better but I needed something quick and easy. SO happy to have found a recipe without keto bread crumbs!! I hate using almond flour in fish cakes, and we can’t do the pork panko and the psmf crumbs make them soooo dry! These are SO delicious! And easy! We’ll be making these weekly, even the kids gobbled them up!

Man some rice pilaf and asparagus would go great with those crab cakes!
Bake/broil those in the oven to cut back on calories and get an even better taste. Just put a piece of foil on a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, put down the cakes and brush a little melted butter on top. Bake at 450 until browned. No greasy taste and lower in calories.
Keto is about fat

I was making crab cakes and couldn’t find my Old Bay seasoning and I found a copy cat recipe online and then found my Old Bay and compared them and the copy cat was so close I couldn’t tell the difference by taste, smell or color.
Those are the thickest rinds I've ever seen on those lemons

Pro-tip: at the end please show your viewers the first cut in, close-up, bite and reaction. Kind of ended flat. Cannot see the inside texture of the crab cake. I think the pan was way to hot. Crab is delicate and I am wondering how the bacon fat didn't overwhelm the delicate crab flavor.

You mentioned a recipe for your homemade mayonnaise. I can’t find it anywhere on your website here or on Instagram. No search areas for me to search for it
U need a stickblender for this as for the remoulade
1/2c avo oil
1/2c light olive oil
1T vinegar or lemon juice
1t salt
1 egg
1 egg yolk
Stickblend, keeping blender head under liquid for 5 sec or so, but moving up and down slightly. Watch it start to emulsify almost right away. Takes about 15 seconds total. More then 30 and you’ll break it.
Super easy!
