Sadly Operation Antha (Directed by Upendra) Didn't make the list just because it doesn't have a hindi dubbed version, it was a kannada movie which questioned these corruption issues before Kamal Hassan's Indian was released, and movies like Indian and Anniyan(Aparichit) have taken heavy influence from it.
