These people are insufferable. All that effort from the driver, not even offering to help and not even a tip. It's London, so I guess expected. You're too kind mate. I would be fuming.

Those customers with the co-op order should've helped you. It's ridiculous for them to order that much and not even offer.
Clearly they ordered to avoid carrying all these heavy items that they have ordered. Customers do the same for the home deliveries in the shop I work for, so much so that we had to limit the amount of water that a customer can order, as the drivers often have walk up multiple floors to deliver it.

That drink order was crazy... People know Immediacy services are mostly bikes, I think it's just crazy to order something obviously so heavy and not to help!! I live in an apartment building but will always meet my driver by the gate just as they arrive so they don't have to come up and have a quick turnaround - least I can do.

Big orders like this is one of the reasons why I quit fast food delivery to become a bus driver. My stress level has dropped since. And I have more time to socialise
First time I’ve seen a video like this of a delivery driver showing how the apps work and how much you get from each order. It’s definitely eye opening to see how much effort you need to put in to actually make any money… actually insane! Xx

Hi I love watching you, in also a uber/delivroo driver for 3 years now, I delivery just outside Birmingham (Worcestershire) have you noticed ots gone alot quieter or is it my town? Last night 2.5 hour £30 that's alwful for a Sat night

couldn't he just come off his bike and like maybe just push it to the door or is London really this hard on stuff like this? also, is this really true that the apps don't account for distance TO the restaurant? we have had that feature for like 2 years now where it always displays whole distance and the pay before accepting
those customers who made you go back and fourth and didn't offer to help are horrible people. even a little tip would of been nice!

I would not expect them to help, they paid for the delivery. I would hope for a tip for the effort. I often get large supermarket deliveries on a E-bike upto 6 bags. Often get a tip. Got £20 tip is best so far.

I have a soco cpx too, on the estimated mileage on the top left on the bike screen I've never seen more than 178miles and I have 2 batteries. How is yours showing 275miles?
Can't believe these people. I live in an apartment building and always tell the drivers I'll meet them out front of the building, save them coming up in the lift and fucking about wasting their time! Those people with all the drinks were shocking, not helping you!!
