I always thought Bolt was one of Disney Animation's finest works. It's too bad it gets overshadowed/forgotten, it started Disney's new era of wonderful animated movies. There's a certain magic to this movie that's hard to explain. Just comfy and sweet. Good stuff.
Fluffydips Thecartoonman I totally agree
It had a very good box office, besides postives reviews and a nomination for an Oscar. It marked an era in Disney, but when Frozen came out everyone kinda forgot Bolt
It’s simple, it’s a wholesome heartwarming story that’s makes you feel loving
I always watched this film with my mum, this was our favourite film to watch on a rainy day.
Well I still remember this movie. It was very cool.
The nostalgia is just overwhelming. Remember watching this when I was 6 and just falling in love with it, and now to look back and see these credits as a junior in high school makes me wanna tear up. Things were so much simpler and brighter back then.
Update: Graduated High School 2 months ago and I'm now in college, feelings have not changed.....miss the way things used to be 😔
I can definitely relate to that
ME TOO!!! i watch this movie whenever i’m overwhelmed and need to calm down it makes me feel like a little kid again
All I can say to that is: Ditto
I’m right there with you buddy ❤️🥲
You really never did have to worry
at all. Besides you’d realize they
were just trying to help ya.
this song makes me feel all nostalgic and warm & fuzzy inside ^-^
I know its weird...
Me too, I love this song
Ikr I think it's the movie and can you believe this came out in 2018? And the credits are so fucking cute
It makes me sad too, I wish I could go back to these days as a kid.
@@yeet1765 Yes... 😌
In this house we don't skip the credit scenes when we watch Bolt.
AGREED
Nether did we, this is so cute and probably the most nostalgic thing ever for me
The song, the animation, and the feels ❤️🥲
Spero che bolt abbia una serie- amo così tanto questo film
I don’t do that with Toy Story, I always start playing with Woody throughout the movie and I still do this today. I’ll be 20 years old one month from now
WAY before Tangled, Big Hero 6, or even Zootopia, directors Chris Williams and Byron Howard worked on one of Disney's animated flicks that slowly jump-started their studio back in the game of animation glory just as the studio's 90s Renaissance films once did. I have to say it was quite an accomplishment after such a long period. Though most notably, Chris Sanders (of Lilo & Stitch fame) deserved some credit on Bolt since he was the creative mind behind it from the beginning, before the story completely changed and left Disney altogether.
This is why I like these kind of soundtracks and songs
... this came out almost exactly a year before Tangled. They would have been working on it at the same time.
You know Giordano’s has been my Favorite since before 300 with Gerard Butler and Incredibles 2.

Ikr and beautiful
yea!!
Wish the whole movie had been like this!
FailGirlGamer agreed it made me cry with the music
I agree!
This is how you do end credits.
Jeffrey Gao you are so right
Agreed, if I ever make movies, this is the number one thing I take inspiration from with the end credits
Venom, the Sonic the hedgehog movie, and suicide squad have pretty dope credits sequences
Even if I'm not a Miley Cyrus fan, the storybook style is just so damn cute!
What kind of dog is Bolt?
Penny hopping off the bus & Bolt waiting for her is the moment that really makes me think of my childhood with my own dog
Can't believe it's been 7 years... It feels like just yesterday I was in the theater watching this amazingly adorable memorable movie.

Definitely one of the most underrated Disney movies. Honestly, it's one of my favourite movies ever and I hope there will be a sequel.
MidgetPigeon Omg Yes. I agree! I was 5 when It came out, I’m 15 now and I still love the movie so much.
@@yeet1765 still love it :D?
The Incredibles took like 14 years for a sequel. Maybe just maybe, there WILL be a sequel for bolt.
Edit: but then again, the Incredibles made so many money in the box office compare to bolt. So the possibility of bolt to have a sequel is not high.
@@B_901 I don't think Bolt needs a sequel. It's perfect 💘
Want I really want is a sequel show following Bolt, Rhino, Mittens and Penny on even more comedic misadventures around their new home. Kind of like Doug Days or a Bolt sitcom. Though, they'd probably either have to set it still in 2008 or do a big time jump to 2022 or whatever the present is when the show is released.
Or, a sequel with this plot: Bolt, years after the ending of the original, has grown bored of just being a regular dog and decides he wants to be a super dog again. So, when he hears that they're rebooting the Bolt show and need a new dog to play Bolt, Bolt goes to wherever the auditions are for the chance to play the part once more.
Man, this movie is underrated. It's not one of the Disney greats or anything, but it's still a really solid Disney movie that deserves a bit more recognition.
Yes, it’s special in its own way
Better than Frozen
Oh wow I had no idea that John played Bolt in this movie…it warms my heart to think of Bolt and Penny singing together lol. What a unique, sweet movie!
Probability of that happening is like me tossing a paper plane and it lands in the garbage truck.
I lost my dog when I was in middle school and I’ve never really got used to her death. I watched this when she was still alive and now the song has a different meaning to it for me. 🙏🏾❤️
I lost my dog Jude in September 24th 2020 and this year we’re marking this emotional 2 years anniversary since her sudden death. I really miss her but I love my new girl Rosie who we got just 5 months after Jude’s death and I hated seeing Wally so frail
@@nicolelawless3199 I’m sorry for your loss.. losing a dog is an awful thing to experience ❤️🙏🏾
@@iwuvpiesgaming9164
Now I’ve found out my new dog is pregnant today. Way to go Wally I’m glad you done it
Edit: Rosie my girl has had 7 pups and keeping one of them for when Wally sadly dies. Nice to see him and Frank getting on a bit
I think this movie was solid but my god was the ending so satisfying, just seeing penny and bolt reunite after the hell scape that was hollywood and actually live in peace with mittens and rhino was a treat and i really love the end credits too the animation, artstyle and the song fits so well. Also im very against a sequels, the ending was perfect in everyway that there’s no need for sequel. its over, now its time for the family to live happy normal lives… a little slice of life short would be a treat though
Yeah, this ending is already good enough for the movie. About the short, the only problem is that they can and probably will try to transform this in a franchise(cashcow).
Personally I would be fine for a Sequel or at the very least a Tv show to see more.
This movie is so underrated 😢 brings back nostalgia I used to watch it all the time when I was a kid , still a awesome movie 😅
OMG... 11 Years...
11 Years ago this Movie came out, and seeing this gets me the Nostalgia of my 10 Year old me... I loved the Movie then, and I still do it now... What a masterpiece this movie was... and still is

I love the animated cartoon animation here in the end credits it's amazing and so beautiful it also shows what happened after the Bolt ending
I wish sometimes to go back to these great days. I MISS THESE DAYS SO MUCH 😢❤ .
Same I still love this movie so much.
I do too.
I want to go back to when Woody and my sister were still together and he’s with me now for 5 years
this credit song will always be in my heart. When i was a kid i just watched it till the end and somehow i got tears in my eye in this credit song. Very lovely story Bolt was.
I miss the movie
Just rewatch!
I got the CD~~~~~~~😁
I first heard this song when I was 3 years old, I keep telling my father I didn't want to watch the movie as I hated dogs (and still do). But through out the entire movie, I cried. I cried even harder at the end, when I heard this song. I never cry, not even as a kid. But Bolt and Penny's relationship was beautiful and real, so I kept watching it over and over. And the last time I watched this was when I was 11, and it made me sad again as I realised how much I wanted a dog (or someone important in my life) who would search to the end of the earth for me because that is TRUE friendship, and at that point I had no friends and was being severely bullied. It took a very long time but I eventually found this person, she my best friend and has been for almost 5 years now. Thank you Bolt (and Bolt's creators) for making me understand what TRUE friendship is.
EDIT: I demand that there is a Bolt 2.
I watched this movie since I was 6 and literally sitting in front of the TV not understanding a single word they say. Now Im 15 and HBO played it, When I watched it again I felt nostalgic and finally understanding every word they say. When I watched this movie at the age of 6, I only cared about the animation, and because I love dogs and cats and even a hamster.
I really didnt care what the story is about when I was 6, But I watched it again at the age of 15, and I was like, "Man I feel old." I'm kinda glad that I finally knew the story plot and finding the personality of every character, Every part of the movie is heart warming, dramatic, romantic (yes i said that and I think you know what I mean.) and got a feeling of falling in love with the most memorable characters of my childhood. Yes, theres also parts of the movie where I cringed so much. Seeing the end scene and the credits made me shed a tear and later cried with joy, I cant also forget about the music, The music literally and I mean LITERALLY fits to the movie. The end credits song " I Thought I Lost You" was so good because it relates to the movie where Bolt meets Penny again after being lost and also getting to live with the friends he made. "Barking at the Moon" was also great because the song gives an idea to almost all of the themes of the movie like, "Being Who You Are", "Enjoy what you have", and "Friendship". While watching the movie I felt an amazement looking at the characters and scenery because the graphic design is comparable to Disney's Zootopia (2016). Bolt, Mittens, Rhino and all of the characters with fur is so soo sooo high detail. The comedy of this movie is phenomenal, every punch line every joke had me laughing to death. The voice acting was great John Travolta, Miley Cyrus, Susie Essman and Mark Walton had a remarkable voice acting, feeling the tension, the joy, the sadness, of every character is amazing and getting the feel of being immersed to the story you'd sometimes think that your living a life with them. You can say that I like fables, I mean wouldn't like a high graphic fable story? Disney had made a great job at making the story, it made many feel joy when watching it and also being immersed. Give a like if yoi felt the same way after watching this so many years ago.

You know since this Movie and Avengers: Endgame,Morgan and Penny…the Sweetness in their eyes is always lovely. I realized since Iron Giant as well, their dads really do love them 3,000. So they may not deserve our Trust but they always will be Forgiven.
The fact that I haven't seen this in 14 years, and remembered this song, the credits, and everything about the end of this movie so well that i could look it up is insane.. does anyone else have that kind of memory? I was only 9 when this movie came out! ❤

I miss this old animation movie. I love it, I cherish it~ I miss it so much. The nostalgia made me cry smiling. I still remember I watch this alone as a child alone.
Ever since it changed to calarts
this ending really hits different
this song makes me cry, i love this movie
*this song get me so emotional I remember all my old pets that I’ve lost... plus the happy nostalgic feelings mix into a big happy bittersweet mess haha 😆*
My dog Wally is nearly 13 and he’s been ill on and off recently but he’s still alive and a very healthy boy. I hope Wally makes it to 2024
I saw this show twice today and I got a little emotional the first time this end song played.
You ain't the only one.
Correction, movie. I guess what I meant when I said show, was that it was shown on Disney Channel.
This is me and United 93 now ahead of its 17th anniversary, I’ve got something planned for United 93’s 20th birthday in 2026. I hope the movie gets re released in theatres in 2026 so, i can see my beloved passengers and Zaid in action once again. I love united 93 to bits
For a few months in 2009, this was the only movie I watched. Constantly played it on DVD till I could recite every single line. The nostalgia hit hard
I remember getting Woody back in 2009 and I was 7 that time when I brought him home. 14 years later at almost 21 years old, I still have Woody and Woody.EXE is my recent favourite family member I have
Disney just doesn't makes movies like this anymore, early 2000 was such a nice era to be a child ❤
I wished they made one about my friendship with Woody.EXE and that would definitely make everyone cry
I was 6 when I watched this! Jeez, now I'm 17! Listening to this makes me feel old and young at the same time, like I'm traveling back in time :)
I’m 19, turning 20 in 4 months time July 2022. I can’t wait because I celebrate my 10th anniversary with my beloved 1940 just 2 days before my birthday. It all started on a trip to Cardiff castle in Year 5 my favourite place part of our WW2 study, soon as the warnings went off that started our 10 year journey together. I called it “my beloved War” on our 2nd anniversary in 2014 and still remains this way 8 years on. I love you my beloved War and thank you so much for a smashing decade
A movie that doesn’t need a sequel it’s to perfect
I hope that one day this movie will get the attention it deserves
I just love the way the characters are animated in this style, especially, Rhino.
And now all the nostalgia feelings came in. Feeling warm. The best disney animation movie ever
14 years since this masterpiece released i was two when it came out hard to believe
A year before getting my Woody and he’s still with me 13 years later. My sister originally had Woody first until she handed him down to me in 2017

that was where it ended . Well I feel rejuvenated in heaven crying years of happiness burn in my eyes again .
The ending is very satisfying Rhino helped Bolt save Penny, Mittens has a home with people who care about her, Bolt and Penny can finally have a real life together
I remember making my mom stay in cinemas so I could listen to this song
OK then bolt is afraid of thunder WHAT THE HECK?!
Dillon Smith What do you mean what the heck? My dog is terrified of thunder, he is a dog that stars in movies, not some bulky fearless dog
Why am I crying?! I cannot believe it's been 10 years!! I still remember all the words!!
Little known fact, this movie was the first movie to give me any feels.
Can't say I'm a fan of the song but the little animations are quite adorable.
***** I'm actually okay with the song overall, but nevertheless, the animations done here are really neat!
I agree. Cute animation plus song equals cuteness!
I'm pretty confident to say,"Better than Let it Go"
JanRev Cruz Yeah, that song, while relatively well done, has just been replayed, over-hyped, and overused to oblivion. What should've been just a neat song in the movie turned out to be something most people lament, and that's a shame.
+James Foster (theJF7) When I watched the first time, I really thought it was catchy, then my f*cking god, the internet boomed with "Let it Go" videos. I remember my News Feed on Facebook being occupied with Frozen-related things. All that just made me turn away from Frozen.
I WATCHED THIS MOVIE 6 TIMES IN A ROW IN ONE DAY
I love this movie if you haven't seen it watch it

Bolt is truly an underrated masterpiece
Bolt deserves a 2nd movie. Bolt for life.

I love this song and the animation is really cute.
Those days. Children were so playfull now a screen is their world. Oh how nicely I enjoyed watching this on rainydays after getting back home from school in 2009 2nd grade
Kinda unrelated but Attack on Titan started in 2009 which meant it started when I was a kid with dreams and free time and was watching this movie nearly every day and ended a year before I finished high school. A very long epic.
:') i love this movie even tho its old i always cry watching bolt everytime i watch it :( sad that disney dont play this anymore on tv
God the nostalgia man. I remember watching this movie with my brothers when I was younger. Man now this movie is 16 years ago…😕
this song makes my think of our life's and how life is
this movie is just pure & innocent! the nostalgia makes us all feel so warm and just pure love its amazing
I loved this song so much when I was little, and I do now. Only now, I understand the lyrics. It's hard to accept why I understand them, but I'm glad I do. I had two dogs wander away and (supposedly) die. Peanut was the first, giving up after Yoda (a dog that I had) died, wandering away two years ago. On Friday 13 of October 2017, Leopard left. He was too young to have to die and he was the first dog I raised. This song makes me cry everytime, thinking of them, but it's such a sweet song.
This gives me so nostalgia. I watched this when i was 10
I was 8 first watching Toy Story and we still have our Woody and Jessie from when me and my sister were 9. We are in our last month of being 19 years old now

This movie brings back great memories of my childhood. This movie was a favourite of mine. I always listen to the song back then. Whenever I try to remember the song I couldn't, like wtf. 😂😂☺
As a way to remember this film to those that have forgotten about it, I think it’d be amazing if they made a series of “Bolt” shorts, animated and n the same style as in the credits here.
