I spent a year looking at different social media planners / social media scheduling apps. This app is by far the best service that I've found. It has a ton of functionality, including automatic posting across all social media platforms, detailed analytics, and more.
I highly recommend that you give the free version of this app a try (Metricool Free) and see if it helps you with your social media management and social media growth.
Metricool has helped me to grow on Instagram, Facebook, RUclips, and LinkedIn. I can't recommend it enough. It's a huge time saver and huge growth tool.

Are you able to use captions on metricool? Especially on Instagram reels?
I don't think you need to duplicate a post for a different character limit. You can simply click "Edit by network" and it lets you customize it by each network.

Metricool's one real perk is its price point, let's be real. It is somewhat rough around the edges. I used to use Later, but just can't swing these big subscription prices right now.

Im sure you have figured this out but you don't have to duplicate post to shorten your text on twitter, you can edit that separately within the same post
does it have a visual planner? to see your posts on the grid (for Instagram) before they go up
Hello, Is it possible to upload both a video and a photo in a single (IG & Fb) post? Buffer does not allow that so I might need to switch to a tool that does?
Hey bro have you tried the edit by network for the character limits of IG/Twitter (etc)? I think you can dial down your copy as it pertains to the specific network that way.

Nothing about the auto lists? I hate that I can't move stuff from one list to another. Also the lists are so limited. Could definitely use some work but has great potential.
Great review. Are you able to schedule posts for multiple accounts on the same platform; e.g. 5 different IG accounts? Could this be done on the free version?
Yes you can. You identify different “brands” on the platform and they show up as profiles that you can flip through. So 5 IG accounts would be 1 account per brand (aka 5 brands). I believe the free version only lets you post on 1 brand. For 5 you’d need the entry level subscription.

How do you monitor LinkedIn analytics if not in Metricool?
Does schedule post get less reach and engagement?
Does using one of these apps affect the amount of views? Isn’t it more logical that the algorithm pushes the videos that have been uploaded natively within the app?

Can you upload stories using Metricool?
- Instagram stories only. Not facebook stories, API does not allow that atm as told by the team (I enquired about this yesterday from Metricool team)
- RUclips Tags cannot be added as well (500 char tags) atm
Metricool WILL NOT post your Facebook posts for your personal accounts.
Apparently none do. Facebook hasn’t gave that permission
