MARKET GOERS FRUSTRATED WITH DISGUSTING STENCH IN CURCHOREM MARKET

The disgusting stench of the dirty stagnant water accumulated outside the GSUDA Market and the municipal council buildingin Curchorem have infuriated the local vendors. Despite the problem prevailing outside the municipal building the authorities have turned a blind eye, leaving the locals frustrated. The locals claim that the problem has been persisting throughout the year and yet no action has been initiated by the local municipality. Even the garbage collectors who segregate the wet and dry waste, lack safety equipment such as gloves, masks, and gum boots.
