I would suggest the Hello Fab First Aid Beauty ncoconut skin smoothie priming moisturizer. Its amazing! Its basically an illuminating moisturizer and primer in one. First Aid Beauty is a great product line for sensitive skin types. I even use it under my eyes since it bouces back the light and helps with dark circles. Its similar to the Becca under eye brightening corrector which is now made my Smashbox.
To me if you mix a more affordable foundation (no matt) with the ELF primer (the blue one because it has hialuronic acid) your face and foundation will glow 😉
Elf halo glow has beautiful glow! I have used L’Oreal infallible before too! and tarte foundcealer with spf is soooo good and it’s $40 but it’s worth it In all, just something that does not mattify your skin
