Very informative/interesting, thanks. I'm wondering what an influx of such people will bring...more businesses? More investment? Or is this just short term and people will return when things settle. I guess Dubai has many plus points, I'm not sure many cities can compete on the vision/execution though.
Dubai is becoming a long term place for many wealthy people and dubai as a city I growing at a rapid pace and I believe will continue to grow. Yes it’s cannot always be good times and thing could slow a bit in the short term but on a longer term I see a lot of growth
Hi Tahir.thks for the content .Could I request for more discussion on commercial real estate .There is not much online content on dubai for this segment . Would appreciate .

Currently Dubai needs more homes to get ready because rents have gone up a lot and population is increasing so if units get handed over it will help in stabilizing the rents which in my opinion is much needed. And I don’t believe there is excess supply. I think the supply is quite balanced
@@tahirmajithia I heard the resale on old properties is very hard on average due to new builds ongoing for a foreseeable future what’s your thoughts on that … planning to move next year so trying to get an idea on which area would suit us … also what’s your thoughts on properties in Sharjah … is there much being built there or is the hype always gonna be around Dubai and keep going more interiors especially villa types
@@SajidG.. it’s not about old buildings or new. If you buy a good property and I don’t mean just good location but good built quality and good layout then resale is not an issue at all. Sharjah and dubai can’t be compared as dubai is way more matured and advanced as a market and demand in dubai is pretty high
Whaaaaattttttttttt????????. Dubai maybe is a very Dynamic market..but Monaco Is the top of the top.. Real Estate, REAL Classy PEOPLE, ELEGANCE, etiquette, real wealthy world Wide People, Sorry, but if you call all.this.Rubbish, you should call Dubai garbage? C'mon.maaan!😅😅😅😂

What do you think of the ton of properties getting ready for handover in Dubai 23 onwards. Will the excess of supply affect the market
