Nice video and nice apartment, but too much of basically, ventilation and come. Why dont you have a script and practice it a bit. Also montages cut and pasted, so that parts with filler words can be edited out. Need more professionalism.
Why we don't talk of maintenance cost monthly/annually for such property or it's taken that one who can possess it can maintain it very well. I think that situation should not be that maintenance is equal to rent in same area but a bit less luxury.
