That pipe is called a weine pipe or how ever you spell it but it's for a kids class , may want to check and make sure that there isn't a restrictor plate behind the carb. They are different color ones for different classes , I think red,blue,purple and gold maybe? In the adult classes you don't need it and you will run a different exhaust pipe and muffler. I don’t think there’s a gold. It’s just red 5-8 green 9-10 purple 11-12 blue 12-15
