- Banpresto (株式会社 バ ン プ レ ス ト Kabushiki-gaisha Banpuresuto?) Is a Japanese company that develops videogames. It was founded in April 1977 under the name Hoei Sangyo, Co. Ltd. It was then renamed to Coreland in 1982, and during the 1980s it worked mainly as a subcontractor of Sega and its arcade division. It has been partially owned by Bandai since 1989.
Banpresto has created a variety of exclusive videogames for Japan, the GUNDAM franchise are its best known arcades, although it has a lot of very unknown arcade games very interesting. In this video we will see his best ARCADE games arranged chronologically in his stage as BANPRESTO.

That Mazinger Z Shmup is pretty damn good. All three robots have a punch that both does powerful damage up close and blocks shots, and the powerups each modify three attacks, the standard shot, a charged shot, and the Bomb attack. It's a lot more tactical than simply trying to avoid getting hit.

Said it before and I’ll say it again this channel is ACE. Would love to play some of those Macross shooters. Be so good if they got ported to home consoles but I know that’ll never happen. Thanks for the vids to watch on my lunch break

Большинство из них - азиатские аркады, игры, которые предпочитают японцы и китайцы, даже без перевода для Запада или других стран, не относящихся к ним. Спасибо "М.А.М.Е." за то, что позволили нам разыграть эти сокровища.
Тут ещё и фокус в том, что это часто ИГРАизации японских сериалов... а они вне "Дальневосточной Азии" ещё и хуже известны, что влияет на судьбу произведений на их основе!
@@АхилесЭакидов Это настоящий друг, но в данном случае это игры, изначально созданные BANPRESTO, а не пиратские копии, такие как MUGEN. Хотя есть несколько хороших версий оригинальных аркадных игр, таких как "Street Fighter Rainbow" (думаю, см. M4 или M5), которые очень забавно и забавно смотреть, поскольку экран заполняется HADOUKEN, а персонажи летают в воздухе.
i can tell you these japan game makers are the best! i love banepresto games as much as nichibutsu and irem and taito and so on...wish i had all there games. .
This is a great channel. I found out about some great arcade games thanks to the catagory "by company".
I love retro games
Banpresto's Arcade games always had nicely detailed sprites and backgrounds and silky smooth frame rates. Its a shame none of these games got any re-releases. Guardians / Denjin Makai II in particular looks pretty excellent.
Same here. I would have liked to see a compilation of those games. Especially with the Denjin Makai games.

It is listed as not working in Mame 0.242, I asked this question in another one of your videos in regards to another game but you did not respond. Their Sailor Moon beat-emp-up was much better than ones found on the Super Famicom and Mega Drive.
Too bad that was never ported to the PS1 or Sega Saturn.

The Sega Saturn game Batsugun shows it listed as Banpresto/Toaplan. Is this game a Banpresto game as well?
The game was originally an arcade game made by Toaplan in 1993. Three years later was ported to the Saturn by Gazelle, a company founded by ex-members of Toaplan and it was published by Banpresto. But only the Saturn version was published by Banpresto.
