নারিকেলের কোনো Dish নিলে আরও মজা হতো । ভাল লেগেছে ভিডিওটি । তবে Staten Island এর সাথে Queens এও যদি আরেকটি Branch থাকতো, আমাদের জন্য সহজ হতো । Staten Island অনেক দূর খেতে যাওয়ার জন্য । Interior decoration তো অনবদ্য । Menu টাও interesting and creative. Thanks for sharing.
আদনান ফারুক কে বলব, এখানে আমরা আসি বিভিন্ন কিছু দেখতে, সেই সাথে নিজেদের অভিজ্ঞতা শেয়ার করতে। কিন্তু, অনেক কে দেখা যায়, কিছু না বুঝেই অনেকটা গায়ে পড়ে ঝগড়া করে নিজেকে বিশ্বজ্ঞানী মনে করে।
এরকম হলে এটা এই চ্যানেল এর জন্য ক্ষতিকর। হয় আপনি এটি বলে দিন, আপনি যা দেখাবেন, সবাই সেটি ই দেখবে,কেমন লাগল বলবে, কিন্তু অন্য কোন দেশের খাবার এর নাম বলতে পারবে না ; আর যদি সেটা আমরা বলার অধিকার রাখি, তবে, কতিপয় এর এত কেন কথা।
একজন দেখি আফগান অমলেট আর শাকশুকা এক করে একবার, ত আবার শাকশুকা কে স্প্যানিশ অমলেট এর সাথে এক করে, ত কখনো নিজের তর্ক কে পূর্ণতা দিতে কথা পেচায়।
বলা হয়েছিল, যেরকম বিভিন্ন বিরিয়ানি বিভিন্ন নাম, বিভিন্ন তাদের রান্নার ধরণ ; এখানেও তাই। শাকশুকা, আফগান অমলেট দেখতে এক হলেও তাদের রান্না,স্বাদ সব আলাদা।
মেক্সিকান হুয়েভস রাঞ্চেরস শাকশুকার মতো, যদিও স্বাদ আলাদা ; উপাদান ও। ইতালিয়ান উওভা ইন পুরগাটিরিও উপাদান ও রান্নার স্টাইলে শাকশুকার সাথে মেলে এবং অনেক জনপ্রিয় খাবার৷ এছাড়াও , আছে “পিস্ত মাঞ্চেগ ”। এটি খেতে আরেক রকম।
সেমাই, নুডলস, পাস্তা - এদের দেখতে আলাদা হলেও বা মূল উপাদান এক বা কাছাকাছি হলেও খেতে ভিন্ন।
কাশ্মিরি মরিচ ও মরিচ, বগুড়ার মরিচ ও মরিচ।
কাচ্চিও হায়দ্রাবাদী,পাক্কিও হায়দ্রাবাদী বিরিয়ানির টাইপ। কিন্তু, খেতে আলাদা।

Malaysian cuisine is the best.. Signature dishes are Nasi Lemak, nasi goreng, beef rendang, laksa, roti chanai, teh tarik, taro juice with pearl, Singapore chili crab, lots of Malay and Malaysian South Indian dishes. Note Malaysian South Indian dishes is little different, less spicy. It’s a bit fusion with chinese and malay cuisine.Nasi kandar is the best

@@farhanimroze3001 In Shakshuka Tomato gravy is prepared from Tomato. No potato is used and the link you give is Afghan omlet. Shakshuka originated from North Africa - Tunisia. Only Tomato and egg is main ingredients.

@@farhanimroze3001 No. It is it self is a dish of Middle East or Africa. Main content is always tomato and tomato gravy. Egg plant shakshuka is also there. But Afghan omlet and Shakshuka two different things, tastes different and making process also different .
Consistency of both dishes are not same.
The way every Biriyani, Omletts are different ; Same is here.
Shakshuka is simple. Never needs too much ingredients, it is always simple. In modern day,in shakshuka some use onion, garlic. But on original version no onion,no garlic. Just tomato, olive oil, bell papers, salt, pepper, some cheese for taste. Parsley or coriander for garnish. If no gravy than it is not Shakshuka.

Srilankan food is actually very hot and extremely spicy. The spice here is perhaps less since it is in the US. Make a trip to Sri Lanka and you will know the flavor of actual SriLankan food. Even Indian food is very bland in the US since it is designed to suit the local people.
