I'm really conflicted when it comes to lemon perfumes. Do I want to smell like a hot day on the Amalfi Coast? Yes. Do I want to smell like a bathroom cleaner? Nope. It's difficult to know which one you're going to get...😂

Yessss you def have to sample lemon perfumes before buying!! Most I’ve had good luck with! Waterlily Tea Dress is a safe perfume with a pretty lemon opening ( and refreshing mint ) I think? It’s that then magnolia to me anyway and some light musk it’s a safe spring one! And even safer? Is Chanel 5 Leau edt! It doesn’t smell dated it’s the freshest of them all! The top notes are all citruses (🍋 yes) and then ends with vanilla. It’s very clean girl! There’s so many on Mercari as well! So you could sample without spending a lot but it’s my fav and lasts the longest of all the citruses I’ve tried. And what soki said the loccitane verbena the one with the Green label is the best, it’s lemon, lemon verbena ( my fav note ) and ends with wood! And it doesn’t smell like cleaner it reminds me of lemon heads ha
I love Chanel no.5 l'eau but sadly it does not last at all. An hour or so...
Oh, good lemon is one of my favourite notes. Especially in summer but all year really. A video on some of the top perfumers would be interesting. I've heard of Oliver, Quentin B. and Francis K.

the queen of my top of lemons is Donna of Trussardi. So sweet Amalfi lemon with yuzu, is a festival!
Love this fragrance category. My faves are Unknown Pleasures and Lira in fall/ winter and Bake and Devotion in spring / summer.

These are so my vibe, I love a fresh citrussy perfume. I recently bought a 25ml Light Blue Intense from Allbeauty to take on holiday as its a perfect size and I love it. A cheapie that I've had and liked was A Girl In Capri by Lanvin which I think I also got from Allbeauty (although that was last year, so not sure if it's still available). I think I'm going to try the Margiela Discovery Set as there are a few which interest me. Oh and yes please to a video on perfumers, I'd find that interesting. Thanks for sharing😊

I recently got a decant of Theodoris Kalatinis Lemon Tart. It's delicious smelling. A gourmand, dessert type lemon fragrance. I'm definitely getting a full bottle next.

My favorite lemon scents are Goutal eau d’hadrien and Perfumer H Lemon Tree. And an affordable option that I’ve loved for years is Pacifica Malibu Lemon Blossom. Still on the hunt for more lemon scents. Curious about the Akro and Devotion, although I’m not a fan of sweet perfumes.

I like Chopard Lemon Dulce. I find it has fairly good lasting power for a lemon scent.
Bath & Body Works dows an Iced Lemon Pound Cake shower gel and body lotion which I love. I need to try the Akro to see if it compliments my body products.

Great video Sokie. In the last year, I've really gotten into citrus/freshies. A Scent by Issey Miyake and O de Lancome are good value and Wulong Cha by Nishane gives good performance🍋

Thanks a lot for this vidéo on citrus note. I love verveine by l occitane and I discover a sweet citrus flagrance that does not give me headache as devotion because it is more fresh, it is avocado co wash by Lush, citrus meringue ! Miam! I would like a video on fragrance masters!!!

Ohh I wish Loccitane would do two one with one without then grapefruit! It’s my fav lemon 🍋 perfume but my fav years were between 2015 and 2017? I think they have a couple but the green label is a touch sweeter lemon and lemon verbena it reminds me of lemon heads ha or sweet lemonade ? But I just wish it lasted longer !! As the price is up to $75 😢

Brilliant video❤ I am eyeing buying Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche EDP version. Do you find it better than the EDT in terms of longevity and sillage? I do not know if you have ever tried Shiseido perfumes. They have a hidden gem called Zen. Yellow bottle. Chanel coco mademoissel DNA plus ralph lauren romance {floral and fresh) it is a very good price too. $ 88 for the 100 ml.
Yes the EDP is better for lasting but it’s also a slightly different scent

Hi Sophie! I found Akro Bake to be disappointing. It did not last on me at all - barely an hour. And it’s $300? 😮 To me it’s not a good value for money when (to me) it smells exactly like Bath and Body Works Lemon Poundcake, which lasts longer and is around $10 give or take 👍🏻
