And "Permission to Dance". Those are all fun light hearted songs. But before that they have songs with deep meaning and inspiration and insight into the plight of the common man. Enjoy. Every song. It shows each member in depth and their journey from the very beginning. Once you've seen it? You'll better understand who each member is before delving into their extensive collection of songs/musicvids/live shows etc. As a S.Korean band...many peeps have diff ways of watching their vids. For me? Their dancing is so amazing? I prefer to watch a new vid without captions so I can soak in their dance moves? Almost all of their official videos have English Subtitles if you turn on the closed captions. BTS made their reputation by the deep lyrics of like, 90% of their songs. They do have a few “Twinkie” songs (just sweet sugar and empty calories with no nutritional value) but this song is not one of them.
I just watched your reaction to "On". Why are they saying Bring the Pain On? Its because they knew they could handle any other Pain brought to them. You have no idea how many haters they had, people accusing them of lip syncing, plagarism, copying concepts from other groups, that they didnt write their own songs or rap, and worst of all receiving death threats. They've been through it all and have survived all! So Nothing. NO Pain can stop them! You asked us to recommend songs. I laughed, but I understand your new. They have over 10 years of many, many songs and albums for you to choose from. If you don't want to go in chronological order....then watch what MV's people recommend on here. And just so you know when I found them. I knew Nothing. I just got on RUclips and watched whatever popped up...in no order. It's important for you to know these guys are true musicians. They are Not your typical KPop group. They sing every genre. And it's ok if you just found them. Many in the world have no clue. But now you can share them with others. But know there is still a prejudice against any KPop groups and some people may scoff at you and make fun of you.
If you tell us what genre of music you like the most we'll start there as they are based in Hip Hop and R & B however its doesn't stop there they have many influence's being 7 members so they are not afraid to use whatever genre of music they enjoy and are also able to mix genre's in seamlessly.

You should see the performance of this Live at Grand Central Station, NY for one of those late night shows - Jimmy ..... You can tell they performed it Live if you watch to the very end as they were all exhausted. It's great! There are some behind the scenes for this MV. Did you know it was filmed near LA and was really hot when they filmed this, they used part of UCLA marching band, and a gospel choir for backing vocals? Others gave some great recommendations! The one you thought was Jimin was actually J-Hope (their Dance Leader and one of the 2 Main Dancers). Jimin was the first guy in white that started the video off and jumped over Jung Kook after his solo part. V was the other one in white.

Glad you enjoyed your first BTS video. I’m not going to give you song recommendations as ARMY will inundate you with those. The truth is you could pick any BTS song from any BTS album and you would most likely really enjoy it. Instead I’d like to give you a couple of tips 1. Learning which member is which. Don’t go by appearance- rather try to associate the voice. BTS has 3 rappers so if you hear some rap it’s either RM, Suga or j-hope. Each is unique in style yet they complement each other well so their verses can often be back to back. Then you have the vocal line; Jin, Jimin V and Jung Kook. All 4 are fantastic singers, again each have their own distinct charms whilst still blending beautifully. Jung Kook is the main vocalist. In BTS that means he is the one most often doing the harmonies and adlibs. V is a baritone, with a rich deep voice but who can also effortlessly hit the higher notes. Jimin & Jin are the two most likely to be doing the very highest notes. Most people notice Jimin first because he has a unique tone to his voice but over time you’ll realise Jin is amazing too. 2. BTS are one of those rare acts who are as good as live as they are in the studio. I personally think they’re better live as they give off such good energy it really enhances their performance. 3. One of my favorites! I love you reactions and its always fun watching someone else discover the amazing BTS. You should really watch A Guide to BTS by Taylor. It helps to start telling them apart and learning a bit about their history. When listening to BTS, be sure to turn on the closed captions, that way you know what they are saying. Other songs - Mic Drop, Idol, Black Swan, Dope, Spring Day. They have so many amazing songs in so many different genres. Each member has also come out with a solo album in the past year - they are all different and all brilliant!

Almost all of their official videos have English Subtitles if you turn on the closed captions. BTS made their reputation by the deep lyrics of like, 90% of their songs. They do have a few “Twinkie” songs (just sweet sugar and empty calories with no nutritional value) but this song is not one of them.

I just watched your reaction to "On". Why are they saying Bring the Pain On? Its because they knew they could handle any other Pain brought to them. You have no idea how many haters they had, people accusing them of lip syncing, plagarism, copying concepts from other groups, that they didnt write their own songs or rap, and worst of all receiving death threats. They've been through it all and have survived all! So Nothing. NO Pain can stop them! You asked us to recommend songs. I laughed, but I understand your new. They have over 10 years of many, many songs and albums for you to choose from. If you don't want to go in chronological order....then watch what MV's people recommend on here. And just so you know when I found them. I knew Nothing. I just got on RUclips and watched whatever popped up...in no order. It's important for you to know these guys are true musicians. They are Not your typical KPop group. They sing every genre. And it's ok if you just found them. Many in the world have no clue. But now you can share them with others. But know there is still a prejudice against any KPop groups and some people may scoff at you and make fun of you.

If you tell us what genre of music you like the most we'll start there as they are based in Hip Hop and R & B however its doesn't stop there they have many influence's being 7 members so they are not afraid to use whatever genre of music they enjoy and are also able to mix genre's in seamlessly.

You should see the performance of this Live at Grand Central Station, NY for one of those late night shows - Jimmy ..... You can tell they performed it Live if you watch to the very end as they were all exhausted. It's great! There are some behind the scenes for this MV. Did you know it was filmed near LA and was really hot when they filmed this, they used part of UCLA marching band, and a gospel choir for backing vocals? Others gave some great recommendations! The one you thought was Jimin was actually J-Hope (their Dance Leader and one of the 2 Main Dancers). Jimin was the first guy in white that started the video off and jumped over Jung Kook after his solo part. V was the other one in white.

Thrid was RM (group leader). Then you had Jimin and JK . This was followed by Jin (oldest in group, his laugh is amazing), and then the others 2 rappers were J-hope followed by Suga. There talents go beyond music.💜

I'm so glad you've joined us! You'll figure out who's who in no time and love every minute of them. Honestly, I'm old!! My grandkids listened to BTS and then I quickly became a fan. Its funny how the more i learn about each one, the more i can't decide on a bias. First, Jimin, then Jungkook, stuck on J- hope for quite awhile, then Suga ... wait till you dive into what he's about! I watched V in IU's video, and now i think he'd be a great actor. Honestly, they are all unique. 💜

Glad you enjoyed your first BTS video. I’m not going to give you song recommendations as ARMY will inundate you with those. The truth is you could pick any BTS song from any BTS album and you would most likely really enjoy it.
Instead I’d like to give you a couple of tips
1. Learning which member is which. Don’t go by appearance- rather try to associate the voice. BTS has 3 rappers so if you hear some rap it’s either RM, Suga or j-hope. Each is unique in style yet they complement each other well so their verses can often be back to back. Then you have the vocal line; Jin, Jimin V and Jung Kook. All 4 are fantastic singers, again each have their own distinct charms whilst still blending beautifully. Jung Kook is the main vocalist. In BTS that means he is the one most often doing the harmonies and adlibs. V is a baritone, with a rich deep voice but who can also effortlessly hit the higher notes. Jimin & Jin are the two most likely to be doing the very highest notes. Most people notice Jimin first because he has a unique tone to his voice but over time you’ll realise Jin is amazing too.
2. BTS are one of those rare acts who are as good as live as they are in the studio. I personally think they’re better live as they give off such good energy it really enhances their performance.

One of my favorites! I love you reactions and its always fun watching someone else discover the amazing BTS. You should really watch A Guide to BTS by Taylor. It helps to start telling them apart and learning a bit about their history. When listening to BTS, be sure to turn on the closed captions, that way you know what they are saying. Other songs - Mic Drop, Idol, Black Swan, Dope, Spring Day. They have so many amazing songs in so many different genres. Each member has also come out with a solo album in the past year - they are all different and all brilliant!

They have been together for 13 years, performing for 10. You need to watch Taylor’s guide To BTS….get to know our guys. They are phenomenal performers, vocalist and rappers.
