There are some serious issues with this test.
1) Recording video may take a lot more power, when processing a more complex image, as its sensors and software will demand it so, rather than processing a plain black screen (covered lens). Screen will also demand more power for this matter.
2) Gaming can be stressful to a system, but it may be more optimized to one of them as well, thus requiring less power.
The best way to do a battery test, is by going for benchmark apps or more specialized ones.

I watched some videos about the same topic and the S24 ultra won by a huge margin like almost 1h or more.
But iPhone battery is less capacity than Sam sung
Lots of battery tests done and on average the results are so close it makes no difference, and the S24U can charge 100% in 1 hour20mins compared to the iphones 2 hours.

Please repeat the test on 5G. Nobody has WiFi on their phones all day long unless they are at home. People who are at home don't use their phones, they use computers instead. People out and about use their phones, and then they rely on 5G connections not WiFi. This test is for 1% of the population.
bro used video recording most of the time which literally no one does and to be fair most people will close their apps when they are done with it which helps out in battery in android compared to ios .İos doesnt drain battery with background activity but android on the other hand does even if no app is left open in the background if it was real life sitiuation s24 would last a little longer i guess

Samsung will last way longer if the test were just videos or playing games knowing it has a 120hz refresh rate and even more quality, but when you use the camera it drops a lot cause even it is only 1080p 60fps the Samsung has way better quality and pixels, wich makes the battery drop way more than other apps, but it's probably the only way the iPhone can keep up with it during a real test with the iPhone not in battery saving mode.
Really happy someone actually did a test with the iPhone not in battery saving mode and no cuts, even knowing you used the camera way more times than other videos because you knew it drained way more the Samsung than the IPhone.
I still don't know why people want so much the iPhone to win, they aren't fooling anyone, that as atleast more than 2 braincells, they are just fooling themselves lol.

I am using s24 ultra and the battery is not that good , i dont understand these battery test , test must be in Lte mode not on wifi
The iPhone is a phone with very poor LTE battery time. The S24 series has 2600 nits, so if you use it on auto-brightness during the day, you can feel that the battery is draining a lot, but if you adjust the screen brightness appropriately during the day, you will notice that the battery time increases a lot.
I know a youtube channel that has a 9 hour long video to directly test the battery of the s24 ultra and 15 pm. Both use the same tasks and the s24 ultra still has longer battery life
