Most, if not all chiropractors say do not sleep with your neck twisted...can cause serious issues later on. For those of us with cervical instability currently, the only sleeping position i find helps me personally is on my side with my head in line with the rest of my spine. For some reason laying on my back cause swelling in my mouth like my throat is closing. It's weird it extremely uncomfortable.
I have been doing everything that this video showed for a few months, sleeping on my back with no pillow etc...(as soon as I found out that a pillow was worsening my neck pain), and it has helped me a lot.
