For anyone who is watching this that may have lost hope in their dreams for university, this is Justin, the medical student from the 2nd half of the video so I'll just share a bit more of my story. Fun fact, I actually got rejected everywhere in the country with the grade 11 results. I got clean rejections from every single medical school in the country. As much as that crushed my spirits, I still never gave up and decided to still push for finals even though I thought my medical career was over. So I still pushed for finals, and thankfully enough once the matric results came out, every university overturned their decision which is how I got into Wits med. So yeah, it's not over yet, there's still a chance so make it count because you got this 🫡 Provisional outcomes dont determine your future, only the matric finals do so please keep pushing and you’ll get there 🙌
Heyyie Dr TP DLADLA here, I know Justin, he's the class representative for my ISMS course. In fact, all of them. It has been a privilege to lecture them and they were a good class of 250 students. I must say, I'm happy to see them here and can't wait to meet them again for their 2nd Physiology at Med School

There are certain universities that don’t care about NBTs, just make sure that your grade 11 and 12 marks are good. I did really bad like REALLY BAD in my nbts but i made it
Don’t let one setback define your future. NBT results don’t determine your worth or limit your potential. Use this as a chance to grow, refocus, and keep moving forward. Dreams can be adjusted, but your ability to succeed remains strong. Keep pushing-you’ve got this!
Yes it is possible I did receive a conditional offer at uct but when results come they withdrawn the offer, and stellies did not give me conditional offer but accepted me.

Yep ... based on his Gr 11 results, my son was rejected outright by Stellenbosch, and UCT and Wits deferred their decision until final results were released. Based on his Gr 12 results, Stellenbosch changed their mind and made him offers, and UCT and Wits made offers on all the courses he applied for. All of the best.
