What do you think the odds are of a successful appeal to a rejection of a trademark application [hypothetical example]: "Gather Together" (which was rejected) because there is an existing trademark of "Americans Gather Together". Could this be successfully appealed?

Find a good trademark lawyer to review your case. Good luck!

They've since shortened the response time to 3 months but you can apply for an extension I believe

Hey Chris I’ve registered 3 TMs with USPTO and I’ve received an office action on a new title I’ve registered. When I call the office to ask why, what should I expect to hear ?

You messed up and did something wrong. Address their issues. Good luck. SV

Hey Steve, I sent my office action letter response with no consideration to the issues that were mentioned on my trademark.
    SUMMARY OF ISSUES:
Identification and Classification of Goods Requirement
    Multi-Class Application Requirement
    Unsigned Application
I signed the application and i did not correct the following issue because i was unaware of it. I have already sent the letter repsosne and signed it .
IS their anyway this can be reversed ? if yes notify me and i will arrange something

I got an office action letter and boy did I predict there would be a denial then a flood of attorneys vying to get my business upon refusal lol.. “It’s one big club and you’re not in it” - George Carlin

yes, but if you pick a great name and do the application right you get your trademark, build your empire, and then you can get into the big club!! Keep moving forward!! SV

How much do you charge to filling an application for 5-6 classes?

Ha! meanwhile "Band-aid" is registered, and thousands of other merely descriptive names, please explain this to me?

If I wanted to have a service dealing with recording audio and photography media/entertainment, would that be CLASS 41? Thank you in advance.

International Class 41 would be your best bet. If the Examiner sees an objection, the USPTO will issue an Office Action (which usually happens).
