See the thing I like about Jessi is that, she keeps it real and she lives real. On one show she was on ( I can't remember, honestly) she even admitted that she had work down on her body, that she not 100% natural, and she was cool about it. She didn't care, heck she was making jokes, having fun, and proud about it. I may not know her on a person lvl, but she seems to be the type that gives no f's about what others think of her ( for the most part ).
