      Hello Ma'am,
      I hold a bachelors degree in Bachelors of Physiotherapy from Bangalore, India. I am a Nepali practicing physiotherapy last 3 years. I have been wishing to switch to PA, and I'm really interested in pursuing it in USA. While I was doing my research, most of the universities states TOFEL requirement as english proficiency test. My question is I have already taken IELTS. Do you think I should take TOFEL or ask the university?

    Hello!
    I graduated with a bachelor of science degree in the u.s. but went to medical school in a different country and am currently a practicing physician in South Korea. I am not a citizen of the United States, nor do I have a greencard. Would I still need my transcripts credencialized?

    Hello, I’m all set with the requirements that you’ve mentioned but the one thing that raises a question here is about the prerequisites, how does one complete subjects even if his/her Wes evaluation is equal to the bachelors in the US

    • @theposhpa
      @theposhpa  11 месяцев назад

      In this case you would have to check with the specific PA programs you plan to apply to and see if they require that you take their specific prerequisites in the US.

    Hi, thank you for this information, but i have doubt after WES credential evaluation, does it mean after WES evaluation, Medical License from my home country and English proficiency Tofel/Ielts i am eligible to get PA license?or do i have to apply for PA license exam ?or can I straight away apply for PA license and start working as PA?
    Or you mean i still have to study into a Physician Assistant Program, in USA despite having WES evaluation, home country medical license & english proficiency.

    Madam Online Physcian Assistant program is having same value to the regular Physcian Assistant program, Online Physcian Assistant Graduates can work in hospitals after course ,any exam has to qualify please clarify

      There are just a few hybrid online programs. You do need to attend in person for 2 intensives. The didactic portion is online. If it’s accredited by the ARC PA you can attend a hybrid program and practice as a PA after. You cannot practice this type of program. You apply the same as in person programs.

      I do not know of any online PA programs that you can do from India that will allow you to practice in the US.. From my knowledge and experience, you will have do a PA program in the US to be able to practice here. You can do an online/hybrid PA program in the US if they accept international applicants.
