HOLY SHIT THE VOLUME MAN! You gotta lower that volume in the project and give it some dynamics cant you hear how it sounds? its like you are trying to force an elephant into a matchbox :D But really you gotta check that out on youtube for some tips on volume and mastering. You should keep it at -6db on the master channel before its ready for mastering. When you master it be careful not to squeeze it too much like in this one.

Just trying to make your music better :) When I listen to older stuff from myself I hear the same problem and its still something Im working on. You cant really hear it yourself at the moment but after sometime you will begin to hear how bad it really sounds. Your ears have evolved.
