Before you all assume the worst.. here are the facts:
1. I presented the idea to Darren to get Lance
2. Lance is obviously better content
3. I'm still there every week to film and to sub when Darren isn't in town
4. Better for me to focus on what I'm actually good at LOL (camera work)
5. As a team, we will ALWAYS do what we think is best for the content and entertainment value!

I also thought this whole deal was started to have Darren coach you--which very little of that happened anyway so it went by the wayside. I did like how both your personalities played off each other. Now with this other fella it's going to be pretty much 2 Darrens with better cinematography. I'm in the minority but I believe I'll pass on season 3.

Change is difficult, but I'm sure this format will grow on me. Personally, I miss Darren coaching Jesse in between frames since I usually picked up some tips there.

Lance has great energy also a really good bowler. I don't feel Jessie is replaceable by any means but at least the whole team has synergy and Jessie will be bowling again soon! That supernova is a beast!
Everyone’s entitled to their opinions. At the end of the day, Darren and Lance are having a great time in league. We all get to watch Darren trying to bowl his best and I’m sure he’ll guide us all through the decisions he makes. Definitely a great way to switch things up for league, and props to Jesse for exploiting his strengths and increasing production value 👍 I’m juiced for season 3!

First off, I really enjoyed watching you and Jesse tackle the lanes but, Lance brings a different energy that I'm excited to see on a regular basis. Props to Jesse for making the suggestion so he can focus on his camera work. Finally, seeing I have also gotten back to bowling leagues after taking the summer off, I'm excited to cherry pick the advice Darren gives in these videos on the days I have bowling.
P.S.- the silver lining to shooting a 526 on night 1 (20 pins below average) was a 3 for 3 conversion rate on the 10 pin 😎
Side note - I subbed about a year ago and DTang had around 40-45k subs from what I can recall and now he is at 71K subs.

My wife and I just joined our first league last week. Getting mentally ready for league this morning by watching this. Sorry to see Jesse take a backseat this season, watching him improve with Darren's coaching was inspiring for me as a beginning bowler. However, I also love the energy Lance brings so either way you know I'm watching. Keep up the great content y'all.
You know what... this may actually be better. As much as I'm going to miss Jesse and the challanges you guys did, I don't think I've ever seen Darren so happy in a league video. It was like watching him bowling with a kid (lance is most certainly not a kid, nor does he act like one. 🖕the snowflakes), he was trying but at the same time laughing after every shot. It's how in my eyes league is supposed to be, and Lance's energy is definately gonna teach us all a thing or two about how league should be

I honestly agree with this. It's not the same, but I watched the videos more for Darren's raging... I just think Lance's energy meshes with Darren more.

Darren literally pulled out a hybrid (hustle usa); designed for medium to light oil conditions (according to the website) for game 1 when the oil is heavier and expected a strike. I love it.

As a two hander around Jesse’s skill level I will absolutely miss watching him progress and I honestly learned a lot from watching Darren and him bowl together so it’s definitely bitter sweet. With that being said Darren and Lance look very happy together.

Great move teaming with Lance. Last seasons videos when you bowled against Lance were some of the best content wise. Now we get him and his energy every week! Not to mention the fact he is a good bowler he beat Darren 2 of the 4 games from what I saw. But winning league might be tough considering you killed it so good opening night you both with have 0 handicap starting next week.
