Really good job on the caliper conversion. I would definitely go ahead and have a new set of rotors ordered/installed as the current set do have a very noticeable lip. Possible you'll feel brake pulsation being the older ones are below spec. I plan on doing this conversion on my W202
@@BG-do8cx poderá também fazer essa troca, colocar o servofreio duplo do 300d, mas só com a troca da travagem já trava melhor. ando com jante 18 e a travagem original era pouco eficaz
that's very good work, but you don't have to mask a brake disc - if you fully coat them take it out of the garage and the pads will peel it off where they contact. drive for about 5 mins carefully and brake frequently and by the time you're done, you can see for yourself, they'll all be cleaned off
Obrigado. 17 é a medida mínima, mas no caso de ser daquele tipo de jante que tem um et muito elevado ou sejam mais estreitas na parte de dentro devido ao formato, acredito que poderá algumas 17 não darem mesmo

I agree but i thought i have to change the master brake cylinder and maybe the brake booster too?

já não me recordo se usei o sensor da travagem original ou desta, mas a ficha é igual
Another thing is that when you are cleaning the calipers, you can unbolt the hose pipe from it, and just mask the cap - that way it's easier to handle

I m thinking on buying a used set of w220 brembo calipers and 345mm rotors for my clk320 w209 are they the same calipers with yours

Did you use distances between caliper and steering knuckle or offset is correct and they can fit without it?
o material que utilizei tem exatamente o deslocamento correto, ou seja igual ao original. ao meter a pinça e disco ficou perfeito sem ter de inventar
