Meta Nexus I really hope Burnie got his Radio Pilots Certificate. FAA put out a Part 107 update to the FARs that made it illegal to fly drones commercially without this Cert. It is unfortunately not very well known outside the aviation environment, but since he is using that footage for commercial gain the FAA could seek legal action against Burnie.
Its honestly funny to me to think about how far RT has come over the years. I've practically grown up watching their beginnings from RVB to making a feature movie and beyond. Its to that point I can say; Thank you Burnie, Geoff, Gus, Joel, and Matt for the creation of company that has become a wonderful part of my childhood, teens and adulthood and thank you to all the rest of RT who make it possible every day. Here's hoping for great times to come, and best of luck with all future endeavours.

Probably not, Canada is a bit too close to the original RTX in Austin i guess. It makes a lot more sense to start events in other parts of the world first (like the UK which they are doing). Maybe one in Asia too? Who knows.
Thats true but youd think they'd have more fans from Canada, I was also wondering because for a lot of Canadian fans, it costs an arm and a leg to fly down to Texas so a lot of Canadian fans are missing out cause of the expenses
Thats's true, It all depends what their strategy is. Do they want a PAX approach which focuses primarily on the US (west, south, east) or something more global?
I think the 2nd two RTXs indicate more global. They now have RTX (Texas), RTX Australia and RTX Europe (london). If they did any firther, I would imagine something in the northeast (DC/NYC/Boston/Chicago) or Canada

5:40 I was in that line for Achievement Hunter and heard the commotion up the front and Burnie asking what we were in line for. I got a photo with him the previous day. He was awesome.

I'm curious to know if Burnie is going to get in trouble with the Sydney council for flying his drone over/near the harbour in these last 2 vlogs... Also, as a first time Guardian for this RTX, I just want to say thank you to the entire community for the opportunity. It was such a fun weekend and even though I didn't get to meet any of you RT guys, I had such a blast.
