THE SWEETEST PIE EVER / PUMPKIN PIE / Binin Sahan

Pumpkin pie was a joy in every home. In my hometown, pumpkin pie was prepared on special occasions and especially for guests, for whom we knew it was their favorite dish.
Ingredients:
• 750g of flour
• 400 - 420 ml of lukewarm water
• 1 tablespoon of salt
• 200g of butter or real butter
And for the filling:
• 300g of chopped pumpkin
• 2 tablespoons of sour cream
• 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
• 1 egg
• Pepper and salt to taste
Pan size: Ø40cm
