Molecule 01 is near invisible on my skin. But layering is a powerhouse specially with Tom Ford Tuscan Leather or Oud Wood.
Who layers anything with Tuscan Leather?! It's already perfect and performs like a monster.
Molecule 01 and Tom Ford Grey Vetiver is an absolute beast of a combo. 🔥🔥🔥

I have a decant of Creed's Royal Oud. I've only sprayed it twice as I'm trying to preserve it. The first time, I could hardly smell it after an hour. I sprayed Molecule 01 on, waited abou10 minutes and then I sprayed Royal Oud on the 6 areas I sprayed Molecule. Both sides of my neck, base of my throat, mid chest, and crooks of my arms. It was a complete 180! The fragrance lasted all day!
Using 01 with Oud Wood is just *muah!* chefs kiss.
Nobody does it like this guy.
My experiments with layering Molecule 01:
Bleu de Chanel EDP - absolutely a luxurious combination - beautiful smell
Tom Ford Noir Extreme (so far, this is the best combo I have discovered out of all the ones in this list)
Sauvage EDP AND EDT (yes...triple layer) 2:1 EDT to EDP - smells more like Sauvage than Sauvage itself, if that makes any sense
Invictus Aqua (WARNING - smells like crap after 5 minutes and continues to smell like crap for 10 minutes...then it evolves into magic for the rest of the day)
Invictus Original - don't do it unless you want to piss people off...it's way too strong.
YSL Y EDP - makes it last longer and enhances the Sage

I have a decant of BR540 and just got Molecule 01. Cant wait to layer the two. I heard the combo was 🔥
How was the combo?
I used with Cuba Gold and Prada Black so far and both were amazing! It especially worked very well with Prada Black. It made it last longer but made this scent more rich,smooth and made the bergamot pop a little more making this a very well rounded scent.

I stopped bothering with my Cuba Gold cause it's gone in an hour or so on my skin. I only wear it around the house now because of that.
Would love to be able to wear it outside...I need some of this stuff.
I actually only blend 01 with MI EXCLUSIVELY, I’ve been chased down by men, and women alike to ask what I was wearing!!

You know...I can already smell ISO E in Prada L'Homme so I haven't thought about trying it and I own Prada L'Homme. I guess I'll have to try it but I feel the ISO E in both will be too much.

My favorite molecule 01 pairings thus far is Bleu de Chanel, either of them, and English laundry arrogant.
I confirm that Bleu EDP is insanely amazing. The pairing is synergistic.
I read that "English Laundry detergent" ... Btw do you think mixing this with 1 million lucky paco rabanne would affect it's (1 million luck's) original scent in a negative way? I feel like it would alter it too much. Thanks

Cool video. I tried it with oud wood Minérale and it was so woody and almost juicy, like sugar cane water cedar chest natural fresh water

Definitively a favorite of all time. I have loved wearing this with - Cartier Pasha Edition Noire; Fahrenheit (yes...give it a go!); A*Men (wow - winter favorite); Floris Santal; Penhaligons Endymion;
I use molecule 01 with the reformulated La Nuit De L'Homme, Dolce & Gabbana the One EDP, Chanel Allure, L'AVENTURE, Mont Blanc Starwalker, &Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino Acqua.

Nice vid. After watching this I picked up a sample of M01 to try. First I tried with Fico Di Amalfi and DAMN!! Then I tried with Aventus and OMG!! M01 turns both into beast mode. Gonna have to get a bottle. Thanks!

I layer M01 with LV Limmensite, UNREAL!!!!!
1st time I smelled M01 it reminded me immediately of Oud Wood! So close!
I like the pairing of M01 and others but it does add up since i would be spraying two fragrances at a time

Hey Bud, Just wanna say I enjoy your videos, you got me really into this. now I wanna smell all the greats, curiosity is killing me so only yesterday I ordered bunch of samples to see what I like. I was given creed aventus for Christmas I love how its so fresh and daytime. but I love oud wood too, maybe i'll get that next for evenings. these are the samples I will be getting soon.

Millesime Imperial, it's nice but it doesn't blow you away for a niche,
It's fresh and it lasts but I would never buy a bottle. Sounds bad but it reminds me of a lynx body spray gift set scent.

first smell - it's too feminine, I couldn't wear it
second smell - wow it's changing
third, forth fifth - better and better and better
And I would wear it. love it in fact.

Creed Aventus for her. It is what it is, much sweeter than I expected but it is very good.

Midnight in Paris. Can't say I liked it. Reminds me of baby powder And the price point is way off, for what it is.
Pure Malt, if id opened this pack blindfolded and worked my way through. I could have picked this out as TM.
This brand has it's own signature. It's strong to begin with but once it calms down that's when you really begin to enjoy it. Yes!

Terre D'Hermes The first time I tried this was September walking around Italy smelling the back a card.
Felt like it deserved a real shot. I do like it, the oranges is a scent which I find uncommon but interesting. But I just can't imagine wearing this. It's good. It's just not good on me.
Tom Ford Oud wood, Tobacco vanille, Tuscan leather.
First time I've tried Tuscan Leather. I hyped this so much in my own head and guess what? It delivered. Tom Ford for me is just in a class of it's own. I actually can't decide which one of these I will buy first. I keep changing my mind which one I like best. this one, no this one, no THIS ONE. I'm still going round in circles. I'm saving to buy my first home but I bet I won't make it through the year before I own one of these 3.
Molecule 01 & 02... Molecule 01 sits incredibly on my skin just a scent that is so gentle but one that always leaves you wanting more. I'll be honest I haven't figured 02 out yet. First smell I thought it was the same as 01, but with a stronger alcohol scent. I have yet to see it's full potential. My nose just hasn't picked it up yet. Maybe I've sampled too much today and it's lost on me because it's even more soft than 01. Who knows.
Here comes the unseen twist.
I was stunned at my preference between these final two. Pardon & Wood Sage SS
I don't like pardon. I was shocked at myself. I bought a slightly larger sample, expecting to like it and I just don't. I had expected it to grow on me like portrait of a lady did but I could not warm to it. I know it's strong. Maybe that's the problem I have. it's by far the strongest in my samples. Maybe I will try black afgano.
Wood sage and sea salt on the other hand was incredible the biggest shocker in the pack. really thought my opinions between this and pardon would be the other way around. I tried this one on top of Mol 01. it's a just the A team. Will certainly be buying this with molecule 01...

Actually i got me the pineapple vintage intense after watching your video about it, and thanks you brother i dam love PVI! I was in a very sad state of mind efter purchasing a bottle of Aventus Batch: 17T01 and its so disappointing! The batch is very dark alsmost peperry and low in that lovly fruity smell we all love about aventus, the fruity notes are gone after 30min and im left with a close skin scent vanilia and a bit smoke its all i get and 1hours later gone (rip the king aventus) 400$ bottle tried up to 10sprayd of the expensive useless fragrances and ZERO performance. I never buy aventus again, actually thining of doing a youtube video where i will burn the aventus bottle with its 75% juice left becouse looking at this bottle make me sick of thining how many other frags i could have get for that shit!
I have to ask. After hearing you talk about concrete and canvas. Do you now use that primer, add molecule 01 or 02, and then spray the fragrance you want to mix with it?

Every Iso E Super will do! (Molecule 01 is pure Iso E Super). From parfume incredience you will get this "perfume glue" in the fragment of a price of the molecule 01.
Kevin.....How do you feel about layering 4711 with Molecule 01??? I'm on a pretty tight budget, and I watched your layering review talking about layering Thierry Mugler Cologne with Molecule 01, which I'm assuming would give a Nice Fresh Soapy Out of the Shower Scent with better longevity than just applying Mugler Cologne by itself. 4711 seems like it might be more interesting of scent to layer with Molecule 01 than Mugler Cologne, for a Good Fresh Hot Weather Summer Scent. But, I wanted to get your opinion first, before I throw down any cash.

Let’s be totally honest here Gents. When you spend this amount of money on any particular fragrance, one would naturally expect it to last long, otherwise what’s the point right .. Look good, smell good and everything will fall in place 😀

Would it work if I decanted M01 and the other Fragrance together in a single atomizer? Or does it work better to spray M01 on your skin by itself, then the other Fragrance on top of it?
Yes,apparently some people do that with certain fragrances that are known to layer well with Molecule 01. In fact, when they say M01 makes your fragrance last longer, they actually are implying that you mix the two and let the fragrance sit for 72 hours. I don't know how accurate the 72 hours is because the fragrances are in liquid states and therefore the mixture should be fully mixed immediately but...why take a chance. Just mix it, spray t, then let the bottle sit. 3 days will pass eventually. Just enjoy it after mixing and see if time brewing makes a difference day by day.

IMHO, that didn't work well for me. The effect is way better smelling when it's layered first UNDER your fragrance. Putting M1 on TOP gave me an odd smell. Not good at all. My experience.
This man speaks the truth... I use parfums de Marley Layton... It's already a strong scent but molecule 01 keeps it smooth and really helps with helping it push out and get compliments

I really don't get this fragrance. It smells a bit woodsy but even after hours it doesn't materialise into anything on my skin... I really don't understand the hype... And I really wanted to!
