Snowex makes really great stuff. I got a few of the pickup truck spreaders. Throw some ballast weight in the back of the cub, it will probably bring the front up more and definitely transfer some load off the front.

I have a boss vplow on my Polaris ranger that works very well but it is heavy .1 pass and done.not putting snow x down they are a very good plow also.
Boss makes a small v plow for atv and side by sides also

I wouldn’t plow with anything else on my utv other than a boss V plow. Love it!
Pushing across the road will get you a nice ticket in MN I would watch out.

I was thinking the same thing cause it’s the same in Wisconsin plus if someone gets in a wreck they could blame you for pushing the snow across the road and you would be held liable
Just like here in illinois you are not to cut grass towards the road makes road slick for motorcycles
Also being on the road your suppose to have a flasher by law.

You could put stiffer suspension in the front,But also put weight in bed which will help raised the front & ease some pressure on front suspension. Great machine & plow though. Nice video,Thanks for sharing.

I just bought complete this exact set up. Looking online for suspension upgrades (CC does not make a stiffer front spring). Any suggestions on where to look? Having a hard time so far

Yeah to turn it down pressure take the float off hold down down to the float goes off then you have it down pressure up and down
U can buy a kit I believe to make that plow get down pressure. U can do that with all snow ex plows.

@@Toolsinaction I believe it work on all snow ex plows u just have to talk to your dealer on how to get it set up.

Whats the cost of this one as there are several similar options for UTVS now with the BOSS, Snow Dogg, Snow Ex, and Western??? I wish these big named v-plows would make em so you can use them with tracks on the UTVs. That would be the ultimate plowing setup.
It depends by dealer and if you have them install it etc.. All the commercial types are around the same cost. Tracks would rock

Western,Fischer and Snow-ex are the same plow just a different color. They are all made and owned by the same company.
Have you tried adjusting the front shocks . Or can you stiffen them up
Yes, we adjusted them. Im looking at a stiffer spring solution.
@@Toolsinaction Check out Hi Lifter. They have HD shocks that do not change the ride height.

Careful pushing across major streets and roads like that. That's generally frowned upon as well as illegal in many states.

We are not supposed to either. But it was a private rd, It was cleaned up and it was for a video.
The thing that is annoying is people plowing across a road. Idk about where you live but in Wisconsin its a state law that you are not allowed to plow across ANY public road. I haven't seen one reason for anyone too other than pure laziness
Still think bobcats smallest model alongside of a 3-4 foot plow is the best option
I haven't seen that, i will check it out. This plow is 6ft wide and the V shrinks it to 5. I guess it all depends on your application. This one gives you some flexibility which commercial guys like.
How is the Cub holding up. Reading about shifting problems and clutch portions.

I would definitely recommend putting ballast in the box. Salt or sand bags. That will give you a better experience.

Should always add ballast to the bed... You will find that it will work much better.
What’s the price of that plow setup?
Not being able to get into reverse could be a big issue. What if you need to get out of the way quickly because some goof tops the hill going too fast and there you are trying to get in reverse after you pushed across the road? 😂
Yes, it doesn't happen all the time. Just intermittent. I am going to look into it deeper if it keeps happening.
What kind of lights are those on the roof? Some kind of dual light bar?

Depends one your dealer. I would say they might charge $500 for the install. I could be wrong.

@@Toolsinaction I WOULD SAY IT COST. $ 3,000 DOLLARS AND MORE IF DEALER INSTALLS . I LIKE TO THROW SNOW INSTEAD OF. PUSHING AND MAKING PILES ON MY NEIGHBORS PROPERTY. I PREFER A BLOW JOB WHEN IM OUT IN THE ❄️ SNOW
