Congratulations Miko! My daughter and I have been following you since first position. My daughter is 9yo and is focused on becoming a professional ballerina and you are her idol. She asks me to search you tube every week for any new videos of you. Thanks to your mum for always posting and helping to keep my daughter inspired.
We wish you great success and can't wait for the day we do the you tube search and you announce which company you have been accepted into.
All the sacrificies you are making are paying off, you are beautiful to watch.
@Forrest Buehler No it's not. She was unhappy and no longer enjoyed it. She was right to quit. She's happy in her new life as a medical student. Good for her, I say.
@Forrest Buehler Yeah I get that but she was so miserable and plagued by injuries, her quitting was for the best. She's done an inspirational TED talk about how her injuries actually led to her interest in medicine, and how sometimes when you think a door has closed a new one is opening. She seems so much happier now and I'm sure she'll be a great doctor. In the meantime we can still watch her lovely videos.

shes one of the very few who are able to show that much emotions through their dancing, especially her facial expressions are ALWAYS perfectly matched to the variation and the character she's dancing so i will never understand why you see her as an emotionless dancer ..
she is STUNNING. it is so obvious she was born to do this, she has raw talent.

Good luck with your professional career! I will be watching your progress over the years! I only hope I’m still around to see that because I’m in my eight decade! As I lost my Sweetheart after 62 years of marriage, approximately a year ago! she also enjoyed watching you perform on RUclips, along with I! Thanks a million for your superb dancing for the world to enjoy!

Bravo!!! I am Russian and saw many classic balerinas, but Miko is such a talented, high level performer in her young age - it is just magnificent!!! My favorite is her Esmeralda... I belive her version is the best 👏👏👏

This is breathtaking because the music and choreography and this beautiful amazing wonderful dancer all blend so well. It is a mesmerizing performance! The use of flowing port de bras and the controlled transitions are just so beautiful, as a former baller dancer I look on admiringly.
Beautiful, Miko. And your port au bras is stunningly beautiful. Were this during an actual full performance of "Paquita" the audience would be going crazy. Keep your wonderful work going strong (even though with this kind of evidence it's clear there's no need for me to say it). Your love, dedication, artistry and work ethic are very much appreciated.

For anyone wondering this is the paquita wedding variation. There are multiple different paquita variations.
I was wondering about it as I've seen several videos of the VBA graduation performances that featured the last act of Paquita, and couldn't find it. But then I read your comment and also found a couple of videos that list all of the 11 or 12 possibilities for the variations.

Absolutely amazing! A shame she didn't wait a year to go for the Prix de Lausanne- this is a winner for sure. I wonder if she can try again or not because she won the Swiss prize (I've seen return contestants who made it to finals but did not receive a prize the first time around).

I wouldn't say "all," but I agree that it's a scourge, & that the tempo here really drags down the spirit of the variation. She is exquisite, nevertheless, & this isn't even her best performance here on youtube. I hope to see her dance for many years to come, & watch how she continues to develop.

She is an absolutely beautiful dancer. She's wearing gaynors which look gorgeous on her feet. It's good to see other people wearing those because all those rumors saying how bad they are for you really isn't true.
