I have been looking for ideas on easy beaded projects without having to return to my local bead store (which I wouldn't mind). Now I can make several Xmas presents using what I have at home, while I have fun mixing different sizes, colors, shapes, and textures. I can't wait to begin! Thank you for this very useful tutorial!
Thank again Claire. I love this technique too. I have made some very pretty bracelets with loose moving beads in the middle and they are just so pretty.
If you have good tension and Japanese beads, it makes a beautiful fabric using the one bead technique. Using more beads is a good way to make a slit for a button closure. Using more beads make more catching opportunities. I’ll stick with the tried and true.
I‘m very happy and greatful for this video. Iam working on a project and was very unhappy with the result, because it was way too stiff and also i had so much thread shining through. The idea of taking more than one bead per time is actually so simple, but I would have never thought of it. Thank you very much for explaining!!!
You're very good at explaining what you're doing! And very pretty, good ideas! Thank you ❤❤
Thank you for your kind words.
Excellent square stitch tutorial! Thank you so much!!
You are so welcome Cindy!
