    A great dish , to be sure! Growing up for a time near the beach n sea food heaven that it was , my aunt had learned a similar dish from a relative that lived n worked on the Plymouth plantation area in Massachusetts. A breakfast dish that could be made with the "hash" over the top of either sweet potatoes or new potatoes that had been sauteed with onions n peppers n mushrooms! Mmmmm yum!

    Palourdes au jus. Clams with gravy. Hash? I would have eaten it! Maybe people are more adventurous nowadays. You should try it again!
