9 As Yahshua passed from there, he saw a man named Mateo, who was sitting at the public tribute bench, and he said to him: Follow me. And he got up and followed him. 10 And it came to pass that while he was reclining at table in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners, who had come, sat together at table with Jesus and his disciples. 11 When the Pharisees saw this, they said to the disciples: Why does your Teacher eat with publicans and sinners? (A) 12 When Yahshua heard this, he said to them: The healthy do not need a doctor, but the sick. 13 Go, then, and learn what it means: (B) I want mercy, and not sacrifice. (C) For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.
