Cops know they can't catch you on a bike, what they're doing is documenting all the violations and pressuring you to make a mistake. Once you go down they will rough you up and slap you with $3k in fines and loss of your license for at least a year. With that said, It's awesome watching these guys stunt thru traffic with cops in tow.
