hi all dancers im able to learn everything but please help me with one thing that when lisa has to get up from floor w/o using her hands that particular step is something im not able to do very clearly so kindly help me telling what exercises or thing to do to make my body lighter? thankyou :]
Putting a reply here in case someone responds with help, i am pretty sure it has to do with leg strength, arm strength, and full body flexibility since you're basically using your legs and arms to push your body up in an arch, hope this helps at least a little bit

It is mostly just get strength. Doing exercises that focus on the lower body can help with it!😁
