@@TheCarWashSouthernerthankfully, i came back a few days afterwards and the water controller was back up and running. The wash did a complete cycle, but didn’t apply the Ceramic, as that was an empty pass.

I had wash malfunction on me a week ago and it left trifoam all over my car
