Really, would the world have ended if she tried on a pink outfit? The red was beautiful but she looked like every other bride.
just a little sad that she didn't get to try the pinks that she obviously loved for her own wedding. 😥
I agree! Her family convinced her to not follow her heart. Its sad how alot of families be treating them and just be taking it. I couldn't cause wouldnt have invited them in the first place and if I did I would have been cursed them out. Especially Debbie's ass! Its not her damn day! 👎🏽
This was moms and aunties know best and tradition is best. She was always going to pick red.
@@angelawilliams8494 traditions are fine But tradition isn't what she wanted! They forced her into something she didn't want which is isn't okay. It is her wedding day Not theirs! Also now she ended up looking like every other bride known to man wearing red 🤦🏽♀️
@@tatianaragland4007 This is no different than watching other bridal shows, where the mother wants the daughter to wear white. She went into this feeling, perfectly fine with trying on, then picking the red. They weren't pushy or nasty about it. Hopefully, you treat your mom and grandmother, better than you suggest, she do.
@@dixiechicken2643 yes it is the same and still feel the same way about that too. Either way the bride should be the focus and her happiest should come first! Not mom, not aunt, not the friends, nobody but her own opinions should matter. Them blocking her from even trying the dress on was not okay. It was giving alot of peer pressure. She didn't even get a chance to fully enjoy her time cause of their opinions! 🤦🏽♀️
I wish she had at least tried on one of the other outfits to make sure the red was the one she really wanted. She seemed happy but really gave in to her group's wishes.
I'm disappointed that the bride couldn't decide her own outfit.
A red outift with pink flowers would have been perfect.
That's exactly what I was thinking. Just mix the red and pink and everyone is happy.
Yes; why didn't Nazranaa do that when there are so many options available? I feel that even Shea was not being particularly helpful to the bride.
@@keithgiblin2636I agree with you. Sorry but Shia was lazzy on this one. She wanted a easy sell. Its an experience for her. She is getting married. The least try 3. Would be ok. My thoughts.
It's so sad. They wanted traditional red but said she could try on other colors. Then they rejected everything before she could even try them on. Though she ended up looking beautiful, I just wish she was able to see her original vision before giving in.
The problem was she kept on asking them what they thought,Who cares what they think. It's Your wedding. You should have tried on pink. Stand up for yourself.
It's sad she seems like a people pleasure and the family took full advantage of it
@@kookieee211 Shea too!
It's fascinating to observe the cultural differences between the West and India. Western societies tend to prioritize individualism, which is deeply ingrained in their values. In contrast, Indian culture places a strong emphasis on the collective, valuing the group over the individual.
Neither approach is inherently right or wrong, but each has its own set of consequences, both positive and negative. From an individualistic standpoint, certain group-oriented practices may seem incomprehensible, yet they offer a strong support system in times of need, emphasizing the importance of collective decision-making.
Over the past two centuries, Western culture has exerted significant influence globally, becoming aspirational and gradually spreading to other parts of the world. However, as the West's influence wanes, it prompts us to consider what cultural and social norms will shape our future.
It's an intriguing reflection on how cultural dynamics evolve and intersect on a global scale.
@@incubusk8rwestern mindset has failed miserably u can see that in their countries. Gun violence, drug addicts, ppl ducking with animals, mass murderers, high divorce rate and so on...
Lots of Indian Brides these days wear various shades of pink and fushia you will still look like a bride with all your glamorous jewellery on. People are too stuck in the past.
No they don't 😂 Those brides ur talking about are all celebrities who don't give af about tradition and culture at all. Normal indians still wearing their traditional colors at weddings
Not at all only nri are struck in this tradition
It’s a shame she didn’t even get to see more pink outfits. I know about tradition but she’s an individual. From experience I know even old fashioned Italian nonnas and mamas let the brides pick a color like blush or accents of color
So sad that she couldn't make up her own mind. These women were pushy and should be ashamed of themselves. It wasn't their wedding, it was hers. Sad!!
I wish the bride would have at least tried on one pink dress to see if what she imagined her wedding to be, is in front of her. Regardless, the red looks amazing on her and she’s so beautiful.
That aunt is really the one in charge
Bride looks beautiful. She’s so polite.
Gorgeous bride❤️ that jewelry is stunning as well! I was hoping she’d at least try something red with pink in it as a compromise but her family was dead set on their own vision. I hope the bride was still happy with their choice for her.
As a long time viewer- I have a little bit of constructive feedback for y’all: it would be really cool to see an episode with sari styles. Especially the more modern saris😍 Everyone seems to lean towards lehengas, which are beautiful too, but just to see some variation would be nice. Or even an episode focusing on bridesmaids outfits. I remember seeing one episode with 3 bridesmaids dress shopping together and it was really cool to see different but complimentary styles in different price points. Also a great way to showcase the array of designs you have available:)
I love seeing y’all grow in your creativity and wish you continuous growth and prosperity✌🏽
I wanted her to try that pink, and her mom had the same pink color on.
Love how i got my got my comment removed after calling out this women friends who is forced her into buying a red dress she didnt even want.😑 Verus y'all checking her in person at the place. At the end of the day it wasnt her wedding...The bride was the one getting married and she should have tried the dress she wanted too. Her friend was in the wrong and y'all in the wrong for no checking her too cause the brode was cleary being pressured which is unfair for the bride 😒
Love the new assistant. So sheek
The bride is beautiful and so is her family.
The family steamrolled her into a tacky 2000's lehenga that I REALLY felt was not "new" or "modern" at all. Even the jewelry was a bit tacky with the outfit.
I've missed seeing these videos. Have subscribed so I don't miss them any more!
I have been watching your video.l really appreciate the sibling relationship between you and your brother. When a bride to be comes into your gallery you make her look like a beautiful Queen 👸.
T
Stunning lehenga! They had a point, that nobody else wears red at the weddings and there's a shade of red to suit both warm and cool tones x
This has to be the worst I've seen. She didn't have a chance to choose anything at all for herself. I hate manipulation. They remembered she didn't want elephants but she couldn't remember that she didn't want red? Ugh.
Thanks to cousin for backing up !!!
Hmmmm.... ok am getting a bit 'done' with the red convo in all too many episodes. Or at endless length....too much repetition. I want to see outfits as SO many in store. This was way too much material and heaviness for summer especially. Bride's smile was everything...too many red jewels and matchy-matchy with groom. Why would mint green for bridesmaids bechosen? Does not go well with red and gold. We neeeed to see more of the design creations Shea.
Right? Velvet in the summer. Yikes!!
She looks stunning. I always look forward to seeing the wedding pictures.
It’s sad that she put that fake smile on for her family. I wish she had stood up and said she really wants pink, now she probably regretted her lehenga decision for the rest of her life! 😢
So sad she didn’t get to try on a pink. I think a pinky-red would have suited her much better. The bright red washed her out I think.
The shop has all these beautiful, beautiful dresses on display and I never see anyone try them on 😢. It’s always the same, red, red, red.
I didn’t bother watching this one as l don’t like people being bullied and from all the comments it seemed the bride was bullied into getting something she really didn’t want.
Thanks for the upload Shia ! Looking forward to more ❤
Beautiful bride, perfection at its finest...
Sad episode. Bride railroaded into red outfit. Hopefully she will have more control in her marriage.
I'm really disappointed in this whole group 😕 I don't understand why the consultant was more worried about Debbie's opinion than the bride.
And pink would have looked better on her
I wanted to see more pink options that were more suited to her taste. I know there were lots more gorgeous pink outfits behind the scenes so it’s sad we didn’t get to appreciate them or see her in them.
Boring episode. Not trying anything else on was a mistake. That's what we want to see. Think I'm done with this series. Sorry...
I wouldn't let the episode discourage you, but ok. BYE! 👋🏾
I would have liked to see her in a pink but that red with the jewelry was gorgeous!!!!!! She was traditional and that’s ok.
Poor Carmella, she didn't even try a pink one on! I think she's just yielding to family and not even trying to be herself 😢
She looked stunning but the auntie literally chose the entire bridal outfit 😪
How depressing not to at least try on a pink. Tradition or not.
I love watching this video !
Context: people saying the girl didn't get to choose.

I loved the total look!! She was stunning!!❤❤
It all worked out in the end :)
I think she fell in love with the red one, and if she hadn't, she would have tried on a pink one.
You can tell her aunt dressed up to be in tv, so sad
Getting a bit bored of the conflict always being about the bride wearing red 🙄🥱
Her mom and grandma are so.pretty
Im disappointed we didnt get to see her in the different outfits
Well ultimately it’s the bride’s day. While it’s okay for the family to share their opinion to guide the bride in picking the right outfit doesn’t mean you overshadow her choices. The entourage was not encouraging at all. She clearly had reservations with that much bling and the red but they shoved it down her throat.
I think she would have tried pink one but it doesn't had that much blink which this red she had
The head piece on the wedding day was too low. What a shame
Stunning
Right off the bat her cousin says she is going to be disappointed, sheesh lmao.
Why do I feel like I just watched the bride get bullied out of what she wants for her own day 😞
Absolutely stunning❤
So typical one
Families sometimes know best! She looked absolutely stunning!!!!
Bull dozed in not even trying on what SHE might like
You guys do understand hat her dress is already picked out before filming and that the disagreements and tension aspects are all scripted for dramatic effect. I mean, the outfit that gets selected is always a perfect fit no matter what the size of the bride (because its already bought and paid for and altered to fit).
Adamant , I can pick a stronger word , but won't say here 😢
I love the outfit! However I don't understand overdoing it with so much jewellery, I mean if you see brides from India they never wear so much jewellery that makes the entire look so loud an d Gaudy. No idea why Indian brides living abroad just seem to overdo it
Why on earth didn’t she just try something else on, even just for the fun of it, or to please me. I wanted to see more outfits. lol.
This is a very different culture 👀
Shia looks very nice
The jewellery ws very common...dint like tht much...
I would have liked to see her in a medium pink not so bright.
That aunt was so irritating and pushy; all of the interviews were with the aunt and none with the mother. The bride got steamrolled into buying that outfit
Why are they even talking to the bride!? They are just not considering her ideas n opinions and just deciding things on their own.
Why were u targetting debbie and her likes and dislikes instead of the bride? Honestly it the girls wedding and i wish she could’ve tried her color but everyone including u didnt help to do that.
Yeah it's sad that they had to push her to wear red you're an American now she can wear anything she wants she's
She never even tried on a pink dress?
What a disappointing episode, especially compared to the last few. She didn't tryon anything good and the whole thing felt so overly scripted
This red dress was not even good, too much going on all the way.
Same
Debby the aunt was the worst
Why do these desi’s from abroad are still stuck in 80’s and the 90’s style. The lehenga and jewellery in India this day would be so outdated. Nobody wears something so gaudy and costumy things here anymore. The latest designs in India are so much more better. But whatever makes the bride happy I guess.
People pleaser much 😂
I’m liking this season, but I really want to see more outfits and much less of the entourage recapping what they just said to the bride. It feels like this season has a lot of filler scenes.
Not fan of the jewelry she pick for her too much red
This episode was honestly horrible.
First of all she should’ve been able to try on at least one pink dress without everybody shooting her down
Also everybody was just talking talking talking… this episode was very boring 🥱
Typical people pleasure bride. And the whole thing seems staged or fake. I mean they are all trying to be extra sweet.
It didn’t suit her skin tone
Is this the bright needs a backbone? This is your window I know and traditional Hindu culture. You cannot buy a bridal away without approval of grandparents and parents bus. You still need to have your own opinions on what you want for your big day.
Kai avatar kelay
She brought someone to back her up, and no one backed her up 😢 She seemed to be a people pleaser and didn't see a chance to even try any other color. The pictures of the wedding looked great ❤️
I understand the point of this episode and I'm always in favor of good traditional style. Since we have one bride per episode now, it would be lovely though if they could at least try on few more options so that we can indulge in beauty of Nazranaa outfits. Perhaps just a little more outfit and jewelry modeling instead of entourage and bride's long dwelling on the same opinion. Great job, Nazranaa!
Honestly I feel the style in this show is a bit behind the trends in India
So true.
In Chandni Chowk they will get so many varieties and more beautiful lehengas at 1/5 of this price.
Some one said it..very true
It's truly fascinating to see how Indians overseas always tend to pick up tacky outfits when it comes to traditional outfits. It's like they are stuck in the times & fashion from when their first gen moved abroad.
Yeah absolutely true, the styles are way behind the Indian trends.
I would love to see more brides & grooms again getting their matching outfits. Also, I would love to see a bride pick a more modern outfit, like the one shoulder you have that is behind the couch that the family/friends sit on.
SUGGESTION: When a bride tries on the first one and everyone thinks it's the one. Tell them that this is one "the one to beat". That way she can experience more.
I felt like this poor bride was pushed by her aunt, mom & grandmother. You have to be for the bride and help her see her vision. Cheers!
So they broke her spirit
I like the magenta pink but not with green. I hope she at least tried a pink one. That red is meh, options, i wanted see her in options.
Her mother and grandma were both wearing pink and the bridesmaids and Debbie were all in green. She was bulldozed by busy body family not even her cousin supported her wishes.
You should have showed her another pink outfit when they didn't like the first one.
Holy crap! Does this girl not have any choice? Good grief! How dreadful to have to differ to others all the time. Beautiful outfits and jewellery.
This season is not going very well .... All the lahengas are old fashioned and every episode looks so scripted that it feels cringy af !
I wanted to see her in pinks, any color really, just to admire the beauty of the outfits. She looked so lovely, a beautiful bride! Blessings!
I just love watching a bride being bullied out of even TRYING what she wanted......not!!
I'm glad she likes the red and it is beautiful, but to not even get to TRY the others because the family bullied her out of liking them is just rude.
I use to date an Indian guy, in the west, and his whole family were bullies and domineering. Some of his siblings did whatever the parents said, and decided lots of things for them. Needless to say our relationship didn't last. I respected their customs and culture, but not being mean.
I kinda hate how her family is pushing her to wear what they want for her wedding. She's obviously not happy with the Red
I look forward to watching these every Friday. But I'm so disappointed in this week's episode, blah.
Although she looks beautiful in the red, I wish she would've been shown more pink ones and tried one on.
Also, her family sucks. And Shia should have supported her pink vision better.
It helps that she's so beautiful. Anything would be amazing in her.
This episode seemed very scripted to me.
