Yes, yoga worked wonders for my back issues. I have had slipped disc issues for many years but whenever I am doing regular yoga all that disappears. It makes my body super limber and super durable. It truly is a magic workout and exercise. The Manduka pro mat has been used regularly by me for years and it's still going strong. I like the feel of it and good for supporting the knees etc. My older mat when I did certain poses on my knees I'd have to double up the mat to get enough cushioning but not with the pro mat. For someone like me who will continue to do yoga throughout my life this is a no brainer, to get a high quality yoga mat!
I would whole heartedly agree. Expensive yes, worth is absolutely YES! It's basically a long term investment and I like products that pretty much last forever! Mine is still awesome after more than a decade of use! I already got the money's worth out of it and its still going strong!

You increase strength, flexibility and balance and all of those are essential for everything you do in life. I have found yoga to make my body more durable and pretty much eliminates injuries too. So a luxury yoga mat for me is a must because yoga will always be a big part of my life! :)

Yes you're right, the durability I would consider as the value for the money. So you get the value back when you invest that money into the product! Yes been using this for 10 years and not sure if I'll ever need to buy another yoga mat again lol. As you know from my previous reviews I own a number of different products that have lasted me a long time and this is just one more of those types of products.
