Hey can I get canon 90D over canon r or r8? I already have a 550d with 18-55 kit lens, canon et 40mm macro lens, and a canon 70-200. I am having really hard time to understand what’s better for me to start film making
You can, but you’re not going to have as many video features since it’s an older camera and you’ll have the 30 minute video recording limit. You can always get the Canon EF-RF adapter to use those same lenses with an RF mount camera. If you’re wanting to do mainly filmmaking, the mirrorless RF mount is probably the way to go as far as getting better video features.
Happy New Year, my friend. You have become one of my favorite creators over the years. Your video on tripod tricks changed the way I looked at filmmaking.
I loved your video! But it's a shame that I live in Brazil and here, I could only buy a camera like this if I saved almost a year's salary (USD 3.300 per year). hahahaha (laughing in despair)

Yes it’s fine for both photo and video. However, I wouldn’t suggest using the kit lens with any camera. There’s a reason they’re so inexpensive. The lens does A LOT more for you than the camera.
The Sony a7Sii will definitely give you better quality imagery, but the newer features of the zv-e10 are really nice. Your advice would be much appreciated.
Idk if you’ll answer this but my friend and I are looking at starting a video podcast for fun and each video will be around an hour long or shorter. Would the e10 be the best way to go for something like that?
Depends partly on the setting. If you’re indoors, then you’ll probably be good. If shooting at 4K for that long the camera could overheat. 1080p should be good though. And you’ll want to either use a dummy battery or hook up some power to the camera.
Honestly, I’d use your cellphone for now until you can save up for more quality gear. Getting cheap stuff is going to become really frustrating because you’re quickly going to realize you wasted money.
