Sir if we just choose our SLA members on the basis of concern of Check & balance,then don't you think it will create, autocracy of Rajya sabha, and I think it create more problem in correct law making strategy, because if we just choose opposition, without thinking of valuablility of candidate rather than thinking of check and balance ,I think could create trouble. Sir I mean my conclusion is we should only choose candidate on any kind of membership, by looking of his valuablility ,nahi to sab yahi soch kr vote de denge state elections me to fir to rivalry ho Jayegi sir. Just want your view on it again, please correct me sir if I'm wrong,it's just my point of view.
