It’s awful, it’s a catastrophe, I feel SO BADLY for these beautiful people, but I also think that it’s a MIRACLE that the death toll isn’t in the hundreds or thousands.

Get all the water trucks from construction sites and pump sea water into them to help I know the drivers would do it it's always a thought
