This is so freaking beautiful! I've wanted to do a Raven cosplay for my entire cosplay life, but never did because I didn't want to do bodypaint or show a lot of skin, but this is giving me so many ideas on how to get around that! Just discovered your channel, and it's an instant subscribe.
Yesss! I've been so hyped to see how you made that costume! It looks absolutely stunning, absolutely gorgeous! The feathers especially are so cool, I've never seen them done quite just like that (like, big scale feathers in costumes, generally, not specific to Raven)! Very excited for the next video on the rest of the costume too!
this turned out so beautifully!! (not that I'm surprised lol) really looking forward to following your corset body tutorial for a bunny suit this summer!
Great video! Ive only just stumbled across you and am working my way through your older content - I love the vibe your channel has and you’re super inspiring 😊
I think calling something a Halloween costume is an insult in the cosplay community, because that's seen as a poor use of something they put so much effort into
The whole cosplay looks so cool. The feather trick is so useful as felt is really easy to come by and probably more sterdy then paper plus you could make larger ones more easily. Do you have any tips for painting them if you don't have an airbrush?
Now I really want to figure out how to make body paint work for you so I can see the costume with body paint. But honestly couldn't tell the difference
Hey this turned out so beautifully, I loved the video. I have a weird little feedback though, and I'm not sure everyone will agree. I get that you put the cutting fabric etc sound in for some asmr ish thing, and I like that. But sometimes I feel like the sewing machine sounds are just very loud compared to the rest of the video. It's not in all the sewing clips either, just some... I just thought I'd say it? Again, I love the video and it turned out soo cool
I think it was a good idea you decided not to use body paint and were able to have a better time for it, I know when I plan for events sometimes I don't remember I'm gonna be tired or uncomfortable, so I glad you valued your well being a little, I know cosplay has an inescapable degree of discomfort

Flipper bones have been an absolute game changer for me. Put some in a skirt and tucked them into the petticoat so they didn't shift around.
This bodysuit is so cool. The entire cosplay is incredible. I really liked the detail on the feathers!

thank you! aah yeah I wanted something that would be sturdy enough for a con and I didn't think real feathers would stand up to con crowds 😅

I didn't mean to insult your work. I am sorry if it was perceived wrongly of me. I would love to own a copy of your great work@@discord_and_entropy
@@billrigney2207 haha I know you meant it as a compliment, I am not the poster of this video

It came out so beautifully! I need to make a cosplay body suit next.
thank you!
I really enjoy watching your videos. Thank you for sharing.
Small suggestion for the feathers. Attach them together then velcro them onto the suit, maybe?

thanks! I think you could paint it like normal, though a fabric paint would probably work best?
Would you mind linking your video on how to pattern something you already own please? Love your content! Thank you Minji!

Double needle looks so cool and handy! What is it?
It’s exactly what you called it! Specifically a Jersey double needle, it makes it super easy to do stretch and looks really nice 😊
Very cool 😀
You're a beautiful Raven.

Wowed 🦋
