It's been very hot at my end for the past week. Made a Chinese today. Shrimp broccoli with red peppers in oyster sauce. And shish kabob meat with asparagus and bean sprouts with Japanese noodles in hoisin sauce. As always, it's served with vegetable fried rice. How's that for a meal Chef?
Looks good! But I was diagnosed about a month ago as a diabetic... So I gotta cut down on sweets, grains & carbs... Can you make something different that I can eat? Lots meat & veggies is good!!
