It was salvaged from an old display case I think, I can imagine it would have been expensive new. I probably would've picked something up from McMaster Carr if i didn't have it.
Love everything you do (with the lights on!) Videos like this, which covers things that most of us will never get to try, clearly demonstrates how many traps there are in an apparently simple task! Just great... thanks. 👍
Where do you find old unloved bots. That's my issue. I did come across a few moto man robots with bad controllers but after reading up I skipped on them. Great video BTW.
If you don't have an emergency pause/stop button, should definitely implement one. Very bad practice to be in the same space as those while they are operating.
Yes I did have an emergency stop button within reach at all times. Defiantly want to be paying attention around them, they move quicker than you can react.
@@coybeardmoredefinitely also consider enclosing them or installing safety barriers, if you get caught in one of the arms’ range of motion you may not have time to push the emergency button before getting seriously hurt
Can you link to tutorial or how you learned the camera recognition of OK and NOK parameters of blocks? What software do you use or how do you teach the recognition of OK parts?
I really like your videos. You are using the technology that you already have, to learn and practice a concept, without stupid overspending. I dislike these youtubers that spend a quarter million dollars in industrial equipment and new parts, to accomplish ridiculous tasks like assemblying a jigsaw puzzle or sharpen a pencil.
Very cool, wheres one get a giant sheet of rubber like that?

It's sad that the cat had to go like that; you gotta do what you gotta do
Thank you! It was so satisfying to watch this video.

Always super inspired by your builds and the unique robots you have! Keep up the great work man!
Very cool
Love your videos. Thanks for the update. Can't wait to see your next video.
Thank you!
Going viral. No doubt.
Perpendicular is what you want to say. 'The domino's should be perpendicular to the table'
Dang dude, looks like you're coming for Mark Rober's domino robot record!

" there is a more in depth explanation at about 6:00 min in.

Neat, but why didn't you let Kim set them off after all their hard work?
Oh they've set them off plenty of times lol
I must acquire a real robot arm. It seems most on ebay are easily over $500 and up. Must keep searching lol.
It's NOT a Robot
