Wow! I appreciate these truths so much. How also Truman G Madsen loved his work until his last days on Earth. His wife talked about it in an interview with his children. Would have loved to have heard him in person; he was great, loved his work, loved his voice, we are better because he shared his knowledge with us. Thank you, thank you.

Oh my goodness! What a treasure his recorded testimony is! I really can't say enough about how this touches my heart and spirit. And Dr. Madsen has always been one of my favorites, I think mainly because of his testimony of the Prophet Joseph Smith. It comes through strongly.
    Thank you for this video!

He lived, four more years. 28 May 2009, Truman served in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as the patriarch of the Provo Utah Sharon East Stake. He died at his home on the morning of 28 May 2009 from bone cancer.

What a joyful reality! It is hard to put into words to hear President Woodruff who actually was with Joseph and shook his hand at a time when there was not concept of such technology. It's interesting in my mind as I don't associate those times with any sort of technology and almost completely displaced from us in these modern times, but it was real, it happened. The timing was perfect as are all things with the Lord.
