I don't know if anyone has pointed this out to you yet so I'm sorry if I'm repeating anything. I believe you need to be within 16 blocks of the spawner for it to activate so you may or may not be too far away from two of the spawners in your pretty room :) in your video clips I didn't see the back two spawners activate when you were building the pretty room and checking on the spawners with free cam.
